Kaiia is an absolute amazing brand
Kaiia is an absolute amazing brand, there clothes are amazing quality and they make me feel so confident and comfortable when I’m wearing the clothes. Their customer service is also amazing you get quick responses and the team will always help as much as they can. I’m always buying clothes from Kaiia even though I have a full wardrobe but the clothes are that good I couldn't miss out on new drops. I also wanted to add that Kaiia is that good of a brand I named my little girl the same with a different spelling.

After going back and forth on TikTok and getting stressed with no answers,I decided to contact the company by email and glad I did, as my issue was sorted out straight away the experience was very professional and helpful , but do still think TikTok customer service needs a lot of work as had a few stressful disappointments on there ,but for this occasion I’m a happy customer
