Very good (and quick) service.
They forgot to do one small fix related to lamp wires, but handled it right away when i was picking up the bike.
The general service was a pretty "light" version, and not fully comprehensive. But was not a problem as there was not much wrong with the bike (and they verified this) and the service was swift.
5 stars all the way. I almost had an accident today when my breaks froze. It turns out it will be very costly but the guys in Kædesmeden fixed the problem meantime and after 2 hours I had my bike and payed a very reasonable price. Super service, not pushy and big smiles. I have an electric bike and this is where I will have it serviced in the future. Top Top Top!!!
