Order over 2 years ago never got my parcel or a refund!! Do not order from this company!!

If I could give 0 stars I would!

I loved the last gift I bought from here but had issues with the delivery time taking months. They credited me with money off the next order and well over A WHOLE YEAR LATER I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ORDER! My complaint is on going.

I gave a 1 rating because 0 is not a choice. I placed an order for a mother's day gift in early 2022. Now August 2023 and I am still waiting for my order or an explanation / apology / refund.
They ignore all my many requests totally. I guess it's quite fitting that my order was a mug !
Don't touch this company with a barge pole.

The door mat I ordered never came last Xmas and no refund even though they said it was coming, don't deal with this company, worst customer relations I've dealt with and basically excuse after excuse when they decide to get back to you with, your order never came through properly please reorder, don't order anything from them,

I do not recommend! I ordered a mug that never came and they didn't even give me back £20 I wrote many times for a refund and they didn't give me back. scammers and nothing else!!!

We ordered a mat as a house warming present for friends. It never arrived and despite trying to contact the company by various means have received no communication, no mat and no refund.

Total scam - ordered personalised doormat in December which was never sent. All communication ignored for months afterwards. They happily took my money though.

Ordered a personalised bracelet for my boyfriend in February… never arrived and they keep giving excuses like “item was faulty and we had to make it again” “it’s been lost and we are sending you new one”…
I just contacted my bank and got my money back from them, but they will investigate this. Stay away!

Never received item, ordered 22nd march 2022. Asked for refund to which they replied they dont do refunds.

Order before Christmas till now nothing. Write a lot of emeils, answers the same. We small company very sorry. I said back money, and nobody answered.

Dreadful service and company. Waited 4 months for a product. I kept requesting updates, and they said it was coming. I requested a refund after 4 months. Eventually I did a chargeback on my card as they stopped replying and wouldn’t send a refund.

They need to be closed down. This company has obviously never sent an order in their life! We ordered a doormat in November for Christmas. It never arrived. I emailed constantly to ask for an update and they said it didn’t pass quality control and it was being redone. Shockingly, we’re now in may and still have no doormat from them. 2 weeks ago my partner but a claim into the bank and these cheeky ***** are trying to dispute it! Scum people, scum company.

I ordered a keyring which never turned up it took months to get my money back and then about 4 months later it said it was being delivered, then it was delivered somewhere in america yet i live in the uk

I ordered a blanket for my granddaughter, it never arrived. Emails received from the company said it was in transit, 12 months on I have never received the blanket. Do not use this company.

Appalling service. Gift ordered early December for Xmas. Now, end of April, no gift, no refund and no useful help from Kadonimo. All I get is an “out of office” or “very busy” message in response to emails. Do not use this company - just dreadful service
