They have to be “outsourcing” their Customer Service…my most recent subscription order was doubled, twice as much - both product & cost! Representative stated that I increased my order at a time and d... See more

They automatically send an order…
They automatically send an order without an email reminder. And they can never cancel the order and their return policy is terrible. I don’t recommend this company.
It's way too expensive for what it is
It's way too expensive for what it is - and it has an artificial aftertaste.
Dishonest, awful customer service.
Tastes off, overpriced for what it is, decided to cancel my subscription 5 days before the next order would be shipped. The company still processed my order, the cancellation did not take, and then they gave me a runaround with return. Claimed they would give me a refund "just this once" for the product I did not order, but then in the fine print later in the email said it would be a store credit. They also wanted me to pay for shipping.
Scumbag bullshit basically, don't give them your credit card info.
Gives me almost an instant headache
Gives me almost an instant headache. Company will not accept returns/refund the purchase of unopened items.
I bought the chocolate
I bought the chocolate, seeing that they claimed a 30-day return policy. The taste is just awful! I emailed to get the return info and was told, I can only exchange for a different flavor. I’d have to return on my dime but no refund. If you can’t make claims it’s returnable, it tells you they do not stand by their product. An absolute waste of $70
Kachava touts a risk-free experience
Kachava touts a risk-free experience. However, if you want a store credit or a new product, YOU PAY TO RETURN the product. It tastes terrible. You have to drown it in fruit to make it taste good. Try something different.
DO NOT BUY
I had high hopes for the Coconut Acai flavor after reading positive reviews, but unfortunately, it tastes like chalk; completely undrinkable. When I contacted customer service about an exchange, I was told I'd have to pay return shipping on a $75 bag. That's not a solution; that's passing the cost of a bad product onto the customer. I won't be purchasing again, and it's a shame, because this interaction alone is what lost my loyalty.
Unscrupulous company, no US cust service
This company has zero United States based customer service they offer a point system but will not let you redeem points they also will not let you delete your credit card information from their system once you cancel your account they keep it and God knows what they do with it then because they aren't under United States law or jurisdiction
Canceling a subscription is a tedious…
Canceling a subscription is a tedious and laborious process. I have canceled my subscription on 3 occasions. The first one was without issue. The deliveries stopped until I resumed the subscription. The second and third cancellations were problematic. Deliveries continued without my consent. There are multiple pop ups that must be navigated through, each of which is leading the user to continue the subscription. In any event, the management team has made it difficult to cancel a subscription. This results in increased sales and reduced customer satisfaction.
The product is fine, albeit at the high end of the cost spectrum.
Worst customer service in the industry!
Worst customer service in the industry. Their loyalty program is also a joke. Even though my husband and I have spent thousands of dollars with Ka'Chava and still treated VERY poorly. Will be taking our business elsewhere.
Automatic subscriptions on all orders, even orders not submitted by customer
I placed an order for product and later received 2-seperate shipments. 1-was my actual order and the other I had no idea about. I logged into the Ka Chava webite and found that I had been signed up for a subscription for the order I placed, and also for a second subcription I knew nothing about. I contacted Ka Chava support and was told I could only receive a credit for 2-out of the 4-products that they randomly shipped me an order for. That credit could be used on their website AND will not go back to the source of payment.
it's a scam to automatically setup customers for a subscription for the product of their one time order, and then to add another subscription ontop of that which a customer will NEVER get their money back.
Do not order through Ka'Chava.com
You will be scammed!!!
0 stars
0 star. Impossible to cancel your subscription.. and when you do they send just 1 more to aggravate you.. and charge your card of course
Bait and switch tactic about continued…
Bait and switch tactic about continued shipment of more product without authorization when ordering product for first time is not a good business practice.
Horrible customer service
The products are fine, customer service is a nightmare. I've spent probably $2000 on their products over the years. If you have an issue they just don't care and it's obvious.
Cannot trust this company
Cannot trust this company! I had a subscription I canceled in February when I learned of lead being found in their shakes. In December, I received an email which made it seem like my subscription was still active (after receiving nothing since I cancelled in Feb.) I reached out to Customer Service immediately and they confirmed my subscription was cancelled and I would not be charged. THEN 1/1/26, I was charged (despite customer service saying I would not be.) They then blamed me saying that I made an adjustment in September that triggered the subscription. The only thing I could have done in Sept was log in to confirm my subscription was cancelled (which should never trigger a reactivation or new subscription.) Since I cannot trust this company now, I filed a dispute with Paypal, but not only has Kachava stopped replying to my emails, they told paypal that this charge was valid. Run away from this company and their lead-laced products and unscrupulous practices. I am shocked they are getting away with this!
Not very flavorful
Not very flavorful, and the love it guarantee is a joke! If I don’t love something I sure don’t want credits to be applied in my account. I want my money back!
I was a customer since 2022
I was a customer since 2022, my last order took over two weeks to be delivered. $~70 something dollars for a single bag of protein powder to take two weeks is such a sad joke.
Their customer service experience changed and the customer service might as well be a an AI chat bot because it was one of the most cold do nothing responses I’ve ever received. A form of gaslighting is what I’d compare it to.
There are much more affordable, efficient and better protein sources that can be shipped overnight for less money and less hassle. They’re good at branding and marketing but not much else. They don’t disclose the lead levels in their product either. Red flag in my opinion.
I have been using Ka'Chava on and off…
I have been using Ka'Chava on and off for over 2 years now. My whole family loves the flavors and I'm not sure how people are screwing up their online orders. I have never been billed wrong but I can easily see how people can forget they have an active subscription and get billed. Majority of these complaints are due to user negligence. I have never once had an issue and I have done subscriptions and turned it off and on again many times over the past couple of years. And my wife and 3 kids all have celiac disease and have never had any issues with these products. 2 boys very sensitive to many foods and no issues at all with Ka'Chava.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. The company changed my order the day after they sent me the confirmation of my subscription. An item had went out of stock, which I understand, but instead of holding my order and shipping it later or canceling my entire order they shipped half of my order and charged me shipping that I don’t normally pay when I get the full order. When I saw this had happened I called the company immediately. They said it was too late for it to be canceled. They offered me to return it at my own cost, which would be about $20 to receive a refund for the product that I didn’t want along with the original shipping. But I would still be out the money I have to pay to return it. I told them this was not an option that makes sense.
I bought from them thinking I get a $10…
I bought from them thinking I get a $10 discount and it was one time only. They automatically subscribed me for a subscription without me knowing just cuz I got the discount from buying from the first time. Before you buy watch that cuz they scam you then you don’t realize it till they charge you again.
