KaBudget's bill payment reminders have been a lifesafer for me. I no longer worry about missing due dates or late fees. It's like having a personal finance assistant in my pocket!
I can now update and tell you that they have now refunded the £45 for me As with other victims I also responded to a survey for an M&S LETTERBOX AFTERNOON TEA and paid the £2 postage. The pro... See more

Waiting now for the same copy and paste answer they reply to everyone exposing their scam but they don't actually address it...
"If I would like to cancel my subscription..." Here is where they finally admit they do indeed sign you up to their extortionate services that you never wanted in the first place. I've never wanted a budget planner so have you got my details??
Scam scam scam

Beware of this organisation using details to take money from your bank account, saying you have signed up to a financial services budgeting subscription when you haven’t. Customer services team unhelpful and repetitive no terms or email ever sent as they claim, £277 down trying to get back from them challenge!

This company extracted money from my account every fortnight for two months until I realised I had been spammed and cancelled the DD with my bank. At no time had I ever knowingly enrolled with them and after I'd explained that I had no knowledge of them and had been spammed they ignored my situation and repeatedly quoted their policy and terms which I had never seen or received.
Their customer service team were useless and it was only after more than 10 hours of emails and phone calls that my bank eventually accepted that I had been spammed and granted me the full refund

Pretty decent for the basics and the reminder emails are a lifesaver.
It makes keeping an eye on my portfolio so much simpler and stress free.
I'm on the silver plan and it's absolutely sufficient for managing my monthly expenses. The reminder emails save me a lot of hassle.
I'm really impressed with how smooth and tailored the experience feels. It seems to be made to fit my needs perfectly.
I opted for the elite plan and wow, the features are worth every penny. Their advanced rule engine is something else! Big thumbs up.
Been using KaBudget for a few months now. The experience keeps getting better. Their recent updates are very thoughtful. Just what I needed!
I was always stressed about managing my finances, but signing up with KaBudget has made it a lot easier. Seriously, the dashboard is everything!
**SCAM alert!**
Just look at the number of people complaining about the same thing. They trick you into paying £2 for something that's too good to be true, in my case it was a pregnancy bundle kit. Once they have your details saved and confirmed they sign you up to a weekly subscription service which is something like £70 a week.
Thankfully I caught it in time and called my bank and they put a block on the card and have sent me a new card so I can't get charged.
Before they reply with the usual "We are sorry that you left a negative review for sharing an issue that has nothing to do with our service. Kabudget is a subscription service that provides functions as an online financial planner and adviser and helps its members organize their spending. The situation you described has nothing to do with our service and we think there is a misunderstanding."
You have evidently signed up with a company that takes people's bank details and then use them to create a subscription service. If you really have "nothing to do with it", why aren't you showing more concern about the sheer volume of people complaining about the fraudulent service that involves YOUR COMPANY taking people's money?
What evidence and reassurance do people have that you are investigating the cause of all these issues?
Disgusting and shameful behaviour to be scamming people then trying to deny it.

Absolute Fraud! I got trapped- bought on Facebook LEGO set, gave them my details. LEGO set was never sent, 3 days after £45 was taken from my account! Their reply was I have subscribed to Kabudget, which I never did. Absolute scammers!

This is Fraud, I did not sign up for anything to do with this company. My bank details were obtained through an Facebook survey to 'win' an Coach handbag if I pay €2,- I was alerted to this fraud when I noticed €72,- had been deducted from my creditcard account. How is this even possible they have my bank account? I have no recollection of signing up for any service or subscription that would authorize such recurring payments!!

I did not sign up for anything to do with this company. My bank details were obtained through an Instagram survey to 'win' some pasta. I was alerted to this fraud when I noticed £31 had been deducted from my account. I reached out to the email address and every reply i received was referring to a subscription that I had not signed up for. If you notice they reply with customer support team but at no time was a refund offered or any explanation that could make a legitimate sense. AVOID AVOID and report this fraud to your bank immediately or they will keep taking your money.
