Good experience, Abdullah was very helpful

Umar was very helpful with giving me information and answering all the questions I had.

We have just completed our Umrah journey with Kaaba Tour, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. A special mention goes to Brother Mohsin, who was an outstanding organiser throughout our journey. His guidance, kindness, communication, and constant reassurance made us feel comfortable, supported, and at ease every step of the way.

The arrangements for our hotels, flights, and transportation were absolutely excellent — truly 7-star service! Everything was handled professionally and smoothly, allowing us to focus on our spiritual journey without any worries.

We are genuinely amazed by the exceptional service provided by Brother Mohsin and the entire Kaaba Tour team. His dedication, care, and professionalism made our Umrah experience even more special and memorable.

Excellent service from start to finish – highly recommended

I would like to thank Kaabatours, and in particular Mr. Khaled, for the outstanding service I received. From the very beginning, Mr. Khaled guided me through every step of the process and arranged my flights, hotel accommodation and visa with great care and efficiency. He also secured a two-year multiple-entry visa for me, which I truly appreciate.

What stood out most was the professionalism and kindness of the team. Mr. Khaled was always polite, patient and responsive, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I am very happy with the service and would not hesitate to recommend Kaabatours to anyone planning their journey.

Thank you once again to Mr. Khaled and the Kaabatours team.

Me and my family, the 5 of us attended umrah and we received amazing service from Kaaba tours. Special thanks to Zohaib for navigating our first time going. He is very friendly and makes sure he is doing the best he can for his customers. He had excellent communication throughout our umrah trip when it came to flights, hotels and taxis. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Experience of a Lifetime!

We recently traveled to Mecca and Madina with Kaaba Tours Ltd, and the entire experience was absolutely amazing. I traveled with my wife, our four children, and my mother, who is in a wheelchair. Going into it, I was anxious about the logistics, but I honestly couldn't have asked for more.

🏨 Accommodation & Transport

The Voco Hotel was outstanding—the rooms, service, and facilities were top-notch. Crucially, the shuttle service from the hotel to the Haram was absolutely spot on; it was truly more than I could have ever asked for and made getting back and forth effortless. Every other transfer and taxi ran incredibly smoothly as well, taking all the stress away from traveling with a large family and a wheelchair user.

🤝 Exceptional Service

A special, heartfelt thank you to Brother Shazaib and Brother Abdul. They delivered a truly fantastic package and a seamless pilgrimage experience. From start to finish, they kept in touch throughout the entire holiday, checking in on us and ensuring every little detail was met. They honestly couldn't have been more helpful.

💭 Final Thoughts

We loved every single bit of our journey. Thank you so much, Kaaba Tours Ltd. May Allah reward Brother Shazaib and Brother Abdul for their incredible hospitality and dedication. I would highly recommend Kaaba Tours Ltd to anyone looking for a flawless and spiritually fulfilling pilgrimage. Tariq Rafiq
