I have always used K4G for my games since I found out about it. They are cheap and have a reliable service to talk to. Would buy from them again.

I have placed a few orders over the months, just one or two keys at a time no problem. I placed an order with about 8 games and the company demanded I hand over my id to buy games. Never in my life have I received such a ridiculous request. I would much rather pay the full price than ever hand over my identification TO BUY GAMES! IMAGINE THE AUDACITY!

No doubt their reply will say something about security. They could have done a phone number check or steam account check but they specifically ask for identification, which is well out of order. Ridiculous ploy to sell your data

After completing payment for a game key on K4G, I was informed that the product would not be delivered until I provided additional personal information in my account profile, including full name, date of birth, phone number, and address.

This requirement was not clearly communicated before payment. Only after the transaction was completed did it become a condition for delivery.

While I understand that companies may request personal data for fraud prevention under regulations such as GDPR, the scope of the requested information (particularly date of birth and address) feels excessive for the purchase of a digital game key.

Requiring customers to submit additional personal data after payment, as a condition to receive a purchased product, creates unnecessary friction and raises concerns about transparency and proportionality.

I recommend that future customers ensure they are aware of these requirements in advance, or consider alternative platforms with clearer purchasing conditions.

Their reaction under here is exactly what went wrong. I did need to give all my details otherwise they would not provide the key, even though i paid for it! Which is absurd.
They should give all the PREREQUISITES upfront, and they did not. They asked for my birthdate and house adress AFTER i purchased the key.
This is scandalous behaviour.

The fact they needed my housadress and phonenumber has NOTHING to do with security.
I paid via Paypal, which is secure ENOUGH.

What is also idiotic, is that they did apply a refund to me, so what if i was fraudulous? So they have no problem refunding money, but they do withold the consumer from getting what they paid for!

For the sake of intellectual honesty, I'm updating my review based on how the situation has unfolded. The customer service team, while not particularly efficient in terms of coordination and response time, given that the incident occurred shortly before Easter and now, April 22nd, I must admit they tried to remedy the situation by refunding me the full amount I paid for the game. I hope they investigate why a deluxe edition is being sold only to be left with the base version, and I hope they can learn from this incident and avoid similar issues in the future. Thank you.

I purchased Toxic Commando Blood Edition, but it was just the base version + Leon's Secret Stash DLC. When I asked for screenshots, I received no response. Terrible customer support.

Took over an hour to get my key and I had to contact support because my order was "on hold for security reasons". We did a phone number SMS verification and then everything worked. The key also worked. They even gave me a 10% voucher for the trouble.

They "randomly" block your order after you paid and ask for your personal data even if you checked out as a guest.
They claim its for your safety and force you to create an account. Once you contact support they wont tell the reason why they need data just that its "safety".
Super sus to me and asked for a refund. Will see if I get it

Everything went smooth. Bought the game I wanted cheaper than I could find it anywhere else. Steam code had no issues. I’d buy again.

I bought 5 game keys, one of which doesn't work in my region. I tried asking for help in the chat, but the wait time never seemed to end. I also asked for help via Gmail, and after a single response, they never contacted me again. This website's support is horrendous, I will never buy anything from them again.

Edit: I've been waiting for almost 10 days and nothing has happened. They keep asking for my information here and haven't responded to my tickets either. I got fed up with waiting and managed to get someone in Europe to use the game key that was meant for me... Don't buy anything from them. If you have problems, they'll never help you solve anything.

First order: My key was blocked and only released after contacting the customer support

My 2nd order got canceled immediately and they would not release my money but "park" it in a K4G wallet, which I do not want... still waiting for the refund.
