Ho sempre fatto il trattamento alla cheratina di altre marche ed è sempre andato benissimo, anzi i capelli miglioravano la loro struttura.
Ho acquistato un prodotto della ditta K-Time Comprof Milano S.r.l., con sede legale in Napoli, Piazza Santa Maria Degli Angeli a Pizzofalcone, Cod. Fisc/P.IVA. IT07479001211, iscritta alla CCIAA di Napoli, numero REA: NA 887045, numero iscrizione al Registro Imprese 07479001211, in particolare la tinta per capelli K-Time Free 9,1 Biondo Chiarissimo Cenere, che mi è stata applicata per ritoccare la ricrescita sul mio colore biondo chiarissimo e 95% di capelli bianchi. Il risultato è stato un colore castano/grigio su tutta la lunghezza dei capelli. Ho contattato la ditta produttrice che si rifiuta di assumere qualsiasi responsabilità rispetto al prodotto accusando la parrucchiera che lo ha applicato, sebbene la differenza di colore anche solo nella definizione sia palesemente fuorviante e ingannevole (biondo chiarissimo che in realtà è un colore marrone/grigio). Sconsiglio vivamente di utilizzare questi prodotti vorrei mettere in guardia circa la scarsissima affidabilità e correttezza di questa ditta.
