Unauthorized charge of $197.27 on my credit card, fraud!

I never used this company so far 2 bills taken from my bank. NOTHING BUT A SCAM!
New debit card 4 days old I called my bank I won't be getting another debit card.

Just FYI those are Cam model charges, so if someone else has access to your account, ya might wanna do some digging

Like the reviews I read from others, my card was lost for merely 4 hours and this company ends up charging on it. How awful.

Unauthorized charges to my account. One for $86 and the other $123. My bank allowed the first transaction for $86 but then sent me a text message for the second transaction of $123. 🤦🏽‍♀️.

I lost my card. Someone used it on this site.
I want to file police report.
They claim I.

I told them if I am the person. Give me the email address Used. They claim they are not allowed Release.
Email.They are a scam yeah, crooks. I am glad God treats me differently.
Their judgment is coming quickly. For as long as I have known God, he has never let anyone cheat me.

This company has taken over $300 Australian dollars from my account but I don’t know who they are. This is now the third time I have reported them to my bank but they say it was a OTP which I have never heard of let alone used. Be careful banks are aware and are calling bs.

I have no idea what this is and there were at least five unauthorized charges on my card.

FRAUD CHARGES IN MY CARD! I NEVER BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM THEM AND THEY CHARGED MORE THAN 200 USD!

If you see these charges - beware - they are for online porn webcams - often can be for child porn.

Fraud charges coming from this vendor of unknown origin I have been charged over 9 times same day I don't know how they got my card info

Be aware this company is a biller and supporter/owner of sites under the livejasmin brand. Any site that list jwsbill and is in anyway associated with livejasmin, what ever offers they make, once you use it on one site, you will not be told you cannot claim the offer elsewhere. They also don't provide a listing of all their sites in any way that allows for easy searching. This is disguised either with sites that look exactly alike or are changed color. They use multiple web url's, each acting like they are a distinct website and that JWSBill serves as biller. What they don't tell you is buried behind very long and complicated terms of service with various sections which are misleading and requires a lawyer to understand just what they are trying to do. Including if there was a problem you have 10 minutes to contact them and if just happens to be billing, well by the time shows up on your credit card or onto your bank statement, 10 minutes have expired. They staff the billing office and admitted on the phone that yes at times they don't have anyone who can actually make corrections to charges. So you have to call back another time, which also invalidates the 10 minutes one rep mention.

The representative I spoke to was smug, arrogant, I was wasting her time, what she says is it, so you could repeat the problem 1000's of times and she will say is that all I have already told you this is what we feel is the solution.

If you inform them you will be challenging the charges they will state, we have agreements with banks and credit card companies to know they are not allowed to dispute our charges and so any attempt to reverse charges will not work.

I have never seen a company that could not care what happened or what the problem is. They are not a US based biller and send bills out from Luxembourg, in Western Europe to avoid certain banking rules and rules regarding customer resolution, much like banks in Switzerland are not very open to disclose any information, including at times to law enforcement.

JWSBill is not safe to trust on any offers made, do not assume they are giving you the price you thought you were getting, promotions could run on other sites that look exactly alike but your aren't told about that either. If you come across a site that uses this actual manager of sites (they say support and billing but depending on who you talk to) also they demand you have screenshots for any promotions or prices and without screenshots you have no proof. Great to know that you have to take screenshots of each and every page when dealing with this company. They are not worth the time or effort and there are other sites that cover the same content offered via jwsbill and the livejasmin brand and are billed by companies with better reputations. Be very careful.
