A very bad experience with my washer dryer. Poor or lack of communication throughout and the appliance is still not fixed after 2 weeks. He was not clear about when he would order the part, finally confirmed it had come in after a long wait, didn't turn up when he booked the repair. I had to ask at every single step what was happening, when. He said the part hadn't arrived when he didn't show up and then came 4 days later with the wrong part!

Not recommending if you are ordering to Denmark, I paid 40 GBP for international shipping and had to pay for UPS taxes 37 GBP. My order cost only 30 GBP, also got wrong color item, and they make mistake on my address, had go to UPS central logistics center….rly think before buying
