I ordered a bag about a month and a half ago, but so far I have neither received the bag nor received a refund from this ‘RELIABLE’ company. Instead, the only thing I received was a pair of glasses of such poor taste and quality, all from CHINA, when the order was supposed to arrive from LA. Very angry with the whole situation, especially for the money and time spent. Do NOT trust this site, it is PISHING, I wish I had known before.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from their Co.uk website in uk.
Horrible fitting plastic shoes arrived , very disappointed, so contacted customer services who told me to return to address in USA ! After complaining they gave me an address in Germany instead , sent them off via tracked Royal Mail and a month later they couldn’t be delivered and are being returned to me. So angry ! Ridiculous !, online sales should always have a good returns system , this is terrible. DONT RISK NEEDING TO RETURN!

I love the design of the Ruby bag, and many things fit inside; there's good space. I had a small issue with my order, and the customer service solved my problem immediately. They were so nice to me. I’m satisfied.

I have to say I do my research when I’m anxious to buy something online and first thing I do is check trustpilot and I mean I was like yeah nah, shocked at the reviews, not buying etc. but I was looking for the perfect bag for autumn/winter. The colour way, the exterior design of it, the quality and of course the price. Nothing beat the JW Pei Joy in deep claret Bag and so I had my eye on this one for months and I found others in the same colour or similar but it still just didn’t beat the JW Pei bag. I risked it even though the reviews told me not to but guess what? I’m glad I bought it because my JW Pei bag arrived in 11 days to Australia, hassle free, and in the perfect condition, just like pics did it justice. I’m going to purchase again from JW Pei. 10/10 for my first time purchase just don’t let me down on the next one lol.

Items have to be returned to the US at your own cost. Their return policy is ambiguous at best, so they can con customers into making a purchase. What a mess, bought shoes for my wife, they don’t fit her and now I can’t return them!

I was waiting for the bag for a month. The app says that the courier delivered the package to me, but I never saw it. Every day I write to the support service, but no one answers me. I don't know how to contact the courier, where to look for the bag or how to get a refund... I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews first, I'm sorry for the money I spent. I don't understand this attitude towards customers.

Pre-ordered a bag for my wife shortly before christmas, website said it would be shipped in January.

Well, here we are at the end of january and when I check my order, it shows as canceled, the bag is now listed for 30 dollars more, and a refund has never been issued per my bank statements

Reached out to customer service, of course, no response.

Disorganized and cheap couriers who can’t deliver anything. Quick to take your money once you buy a bag but can’t deliver goods, don’t waste your time

Same with rivets daughters bag lost two found one they just screw back on. I emailed asking for replacement rivets hoping they will send !!

I gave my daughter a purse for Christmas. One of the rivet decorations fell off the purse within days. I wanted to return it. They only wanted to refund me 20% of the price or give me a $40 gift card. The purse was defective and can't be fixed. We paid $85 for the purse. The rivets came off within 5 days of usage. I have never heard of a company not standing behind their quality. I am very frustrated. My daughter loved the look of the purse and repurchased it before the return. I have never heard of a reputable company not standing behind their product. I would not buy from them!

I’ve placed an order on the 11th of December 2023 through their jw pei uk website. Got my bag on the 14th of December (UK). Customer service were also responsive as they gave me an invoice when I asked for it. Totally a great experience.

I had an excellent experience. From my order to follow up on delivery from the customer service team. My bags are beautiful too.

SAVE YOUR MONEY, DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! NEVER received my order and it shows delivered on their website... tried to reach them from the email no use... they are fake and fraud...

I ordered two bags before my partner showed me the reviews for this company. Since then, I have been in a massive stress thinking my order won’t come. However, I cannot fault them. I ordered on the 25th of October and they just arrived to my house (UK) today. Really good quality.

Ordered a bag on Thursday 12th of October—delivery to the Czech Republic. After ordering I found these reviews and, to be honest, was awaiting all sorts of unsatisfactory outcomes since then. I also wrote to the customer service asking for an invoice that would indicate I had paid for VAT upon purchase (just in case)—received a reply within two days (during the weekend) with the invoice attached. On Friday 20th of October (so a week later) the bag was delivered to me in the Czech Republic—neatly packed, with a dustbag and without any flaw (love it, by the way!! 😍). Also: no issues with VAT or customs (wasn’t asked about it by any authorities) and I was able to track the package via 17Track with no issues. To sum up: I’m not sure if I have ordered from the same website/company as the dissatisfied clients here, but I don’t see a single flaw with how my purchase was handled and the product is also high-quality, sturdy, trendy and I enjoy wearing it and using it. Definitely a satisfied customer here—will consider ordering again in the future and hope the experience will be the same. Keep it up!! 💪💪

Scam!!!! Don't buy

Just wanted to hop on here and share my experience because it felt like it was taking a while to get my bags and I started to get slightly worried and looked more into the company and stumbled on these reviews, and then I was REALLY worried. It took 11 days total of transit for my package to be delivered, which is within the time frame they said to expect it. But the tracking info was correct and the bags were delivered yesterday. They arrived in good condition and I like them quite a bit. I can't really say whether the quality is worth $80 a piece, but I just don't really know that much in this area. I can say I'm happier having bought these than a $300+ designer purse. Time will tell if they hold up or not. I think people here are mentioning two different websites: jwpei.com and then it sounds like some people are talking about a jwpeiusa.com which I have no idea about. Maybe that one is fraudulent. But I had a good experience ordering from jwpei.com and might consider ordering more from them!

COMPLETE SCAM. Ordered in May, and the bag never arrived. I just want my money back. Never purchase from jwpeiusa website.

Worst bag ever. Cheaply made and the customer service is shocking! I know it looks pretty but seriously don’t do it. The bag was falling apart less than 4 weeks into having it and the customer service did nothing about it.
