JWORLD - Top Tier Customer Service
JWORLD is a store that sells backpacks, for those who don't know just yet. I purchased a JWORLD wheeled backpack before my freshman year of college, and am currently a junior still using the first bag.
Upsides - the bags are incredibly sturdy and work very well, they are spacious when needed and fit a decently sized laptop. In the main large pouch, I can fit my entire Xbox 1 and its components perfectly. Sturdy straps and comfortable handle.
Downsides - constant use will result in things like rust and broken wheels, however it took a full year before this started to become an issue. If you're not cautious with the handle, it might get stuck. This is fixable at home if you're handy in that area.
Other Notes - Due to the fact that it was only my wheels that broke and became an issue, I reached out to JWORLD customer service to see if they sold wheels individually, to save money and continue using the wheels on my bag. While they don't sell individual wheels, they did offer to allow me to purchase a bag at wholesale price instead, which I said I couldn't but was interested. Eight months later, they're still willing to uphold that offer. Best customer service experience I've ever had. Top quality bags for a decent price (below $100).
