I’m not a techy person and didn’t realize when I made my purchase, what would be involved. When I read instructions and understood nothing, I attempted to request a refund. Upon my third request I was finally acknowledged and issued my refund.

Excellent customer service from support team!
The support team communicated in a timely manner. I requested a refund of charges for several purchases. Lory with the support team explained the role of JVZoo. Also explained what was needed in order to look up my purchases and process the refunds. Within just a few hours after emailing that information, customer support sent me a confirmation email informing me that refunds were completed. Excellent customer service! Thank you.
