I ordered 6 JB5000 vapes from them

I ordered 6 JB5000 vapes from them, one was an empty box and another one leaked and wouldn't work. I ended up opening all of the vapes to see what worked and what didn't. the others were fine just the 2 had problems. I reached out to them less that 2 weeks after I received them and let them know the problem, they said they couldn't do anything about it, So out of the 6 that I ordered, 4 work but I paid for 6. They do not stand behind their product.

After looking around

After looking around, they were the best price and lowest shipping, by far! My local smoke shop charged FOUR times what i paid here for the same product. Very fast shipping too! I won't waste time looking around again, this is my new smoke shop!

Sent a piece that was blown incorrectly, upon contacting them they said it was used "too much."

It was the first use when I noticed the flaw and contacted them.

My new Vape spot!

I was looking for a new 510 battery and had no idea which one to get. I started doing some research and found one that I liked. I looked around multiple sites, but the only website that offered them at a really good price was J's. I got an amazing deal, the shipping was EXTREMELY fast and the product turned out to be nothing short of amazing! I won't shop anywhere else from here on out. They won my business!

I cooperated and sent them a donut bowl…

I cooperated and sent them a donut bowl that was damaged when they sent it to me and they said that they would take care of it and all they did was take my money. I got ripped off by them and they send faulty broken things and then don't stand behind their products. They aren't like other head shops when your stuff gets broken and they do something about it. $60 down the toilet because they're if I would have known that I was going to be left with no bowls I wouldn't have sent them anything that was broken that they sent me at least then I would have had something even though it was broken because of their mistakes or something in shipping that had nothing to do with me! The least they could have done was replace the unused bowl. I've had situations where a piece was defective and broken and they've taken care of it everything at different places and not found excuses but in this case I totally got excuses. I regret my purchase. I find it funny that they said that there was an issue with the two down stems like I said in the beginning but yet they find an excuse on the more expensive item. Don't spend your money here you're going to be gypped. If I could take it back I would!

Awesome Experience

The, manager? Owner? J**** is nothing short of amazing. I ran into a problem when attempting to place an order through their website. I contacted them via email & she went above and beyond, handling everything personally, to ensure my order went through and arrived to me faster than has ever been my experience. In summation she is personable, friendly, knowledgeable & is exceptionally skilled at customer service.

Jessica Halliburton is a Customer Service All-Star!!

To make a very long story short I had a Tobeco tank that was leaking when I replaced it with Aspire Atlantis coils. I contacted the customer service at jvapes through the course of about 5 emails a representative named Jessica was not able to help me fix it, but she said that if I called her an order directly from the store, but she would give me 15% off my total order and throw in a free 30ml bottle of their in-house (made on site) juice. I was just informed by a representative of jvapes today Jessica that they saw how badly beat up my tank was in the pictures I sent during the troubleshooting process. So they will be sending me a brand new Tobeco Super Mini Tank with the order that I placed with them.
