Hello,
So many times tech support is nothing more than a "black" hole. Help is required, you submit the issue and it falls into the abyss. This is not the case with MaceCraft Software. Their software is solid, stable
and their support staff is responsive and knowledgeable. I don't give out A's often but MaceCraft Software deserves it. MaceCraft Software is an excellent choice. Sincerely RPrinceton

I have been using Macecraft's jv16 for more years than I can remember -- going back at least to the early days of Windows or perhaps to the the last years of DOS -- when it was, for my purposes, primarily a registry cleaner.

It has always been and REMAINS the best remedy I know for the problem-causing excesses of Microsoft and by the debris left by program-installations and updates. It was recommended by an online computer columnist whose name I have long since forgotten and at a time when most other "experts" were INCORRECTLY insisting that registry-cleaners were a waste of time and money!

Every upgrade has brought SUBSTANTIAL improvements and has kept pace with changes in Windows. jv16 has always had a clean and accessible interface and performs a multitude of vital functions that "clean" and protect one's computers and data and speed-up almost all operations.

The support and help are as good as any in the industry, reminiscent of the legendary support that, many, many years ago, the original WordPerfect (for CPM and then DOS) provided by telephone from Orem, Utah! Just 3 days ago -- and including Christmas-day! -- Stefan Calin was available almost immediately to walk me through changes in the new version -- from the way it worked to the names for the newer categories.

To say that I could not be more pleased would be an understatement: I am ALTOGETHER -- and happily -- dependent on jv16.

When updating, I did not see that Macecraft had acknowledged my lifetime license, so I contacted them. They responded next day with clear instructions to apply license to my installation. I am very happy with their response, and with the jv16 Power Tools product.

Work in IT and have used their software for years without problems. Had a slight problem late on Sunday afternoon, submitted a ticket and within half an hour Stefan responded with solution - on a Sunday! Many of the huge software companies could take lessons from Macecraft on customer service

After a week, Stephan did respond and his instructions fixed my problem immediately! To be fair, I had no problem that required attention for over 2 years, which means the company does have top quality software engineers. I was always happy with the overall product, just not with getting assistance when I needed it, which has now been corrected.

I have used their different Programs for years and I also have a number of Lifetime Licenses. I just had a question about my Email Address for my License and Stefan answered me back within a couple of minutes and had everything straightened out for me already. I would highly recommend jv16 PowerTools. The Program and their Support is excellent!!

This new version with the system fixer is amazing! Apparently, I was missing a C++ version, and JV16 found that it was missing, and clicking their link took me to the web page where I could download and then install the correct version. I've used and owned their JV16 software for well over 10 years. In the past, they have been the only registry cleaner that I've had success with year after year, and I have tried others to compare and wound up with problems.

I can only believe the program does what it says as I can't check. I just lost 10 minutes downloading, installing, subscribing etc. Your website says "Start your 14 day free trial". Email says "To begin download of your 14 day trial, just click the button below." but when I want to use the software it says "If you want to complete this operation, you need to buy a license." I'd happily buy a license after the trial period if you were honest from the beginning.

I've been a long time user, but needed help changing my email address.. Stefan was very responsive and helpful - got me back up and running quickly. The product has gone through many iterations since I first purchased a lifetime license, but the support has always been top-notch, and the product keeps getting better

I have been using Macecraft Jv16 for over a year now and it is so much better than my previous CCleaners. It is non-invasive and they actually have a Customer Service group that reach out to you if you need help and provide the necessary help and support. I will never use anything else.

I have been using JV16 for around 20 years, and RegClean, its predecessor before then. In its primary function of cleaning up the registry, software remnants, and making Windows work better I have had absolutely no issues. The hundreds of thousands of registry entries and files JV16 has identified as unnecessary and worthy of deletion have never been in error in my experience. I have nothing but praise for this product.

I faced a licencing issue when upgrading to the latest version.
I contacted the support team, and they responded in a professional and efficient way, with a solution to solve the problem (in this case, re-install the software).
Quick reaction and correct advices were very helpful.
I use Jv16 Powertools for more than a decade, and it has always shown to be a very efficient and helpful software.
I recommend it to all windows user.

JV16 has been a mainstay in my computer maintenance and servicing for many years. Never have had any problems after a scan/fix (settings on medium). I've recommended this program to many. (Give it a try, you'll like it!)

The singular best program for cleaning up my computer for Windows 11. Have been using it for many years and haven't found anything better. Support queries are responded to swiftly, which I believe is essential.

I've been using jv16 PowerTools for years and it has worked flawlessly. I have used other programs that make similar claims but none of them do a deep clean like this one. The User Interface has always made this program easy to use and the recent changes make it even easier because you can see the different types of issues that are available to help you keep your computer running smoothly or to fix it when it starts acting up or slowing down.

Aside from the quality of the program, the Support provided by Macecraft is truly amazing. I have a Lifetime license and it is the best money I ever spent on a computer program.

I have been using jv16 PowerTools for a couple of years now. I have watched how it continuously grows by adding more tools for us to use. I have been into computers for personal and business uses, seven days a week, for decades. Being an inquisitive type with ADHD, I tend to get into trouble. At least once a week, I use jv16 to make sure all is in order. It is so user friendly, that no one should have a problem using it.

Stefan, another reason why I am a fan of Macecraft, is that you are extremely responsive to requests for help, which is comforting to all of us who get the run around by other businesses who do not want you contacting them by making it difficult to get something done. I have NEVER found that to be an issue with Macecraft, as they make you feel that you are one of a family. The tool base keeps growing and is a delight to use. Without a doubt, the money I spent on a lifetime membership was worth it...so inexpensive ! They listen to suggestions from clients for expanding the services offered, and I must say that, in all the decades I have experienced on the internet, Macecraft jc16 Power Tools is worthy of five stars! 🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟

I have been a user of Power Tools since AOL's Homework for Kids. Approximately 1996 and have always found their support to be top-notched. It's a great program and I give it my total endorsement. Try it, you'll like it.

The software is excellent, very easy to use . I am very please with it. What surprise me is the support I got. The support service is exceptional ,very fast and the problem was resolved in no time.

I have used jv16Power Tools for many years, have recommended product to friends/family and highly recommend it to all to keep their computer safer.
To keep my computers safe/trouble free, I use a multi teir approach and jv16PowerTools is always the last chance to resolve my issue.
Remember to create a registry restore point before using this product (and others) to return your computer to last working status.
