Placed an order 1.5 weeks ago and still not despatched and no response to my e mails.

Good product and i've ordered twice before without any issues however this time was a different experience. Placed an order on Jan 26, by Feb 9 i asked support for an update now it's Feb 19 and still no package or reponse.

Easy to use. You don't need much ......I thought products like the garlic, I would whizz through but the great flavours don't require that. And I hate peeling garlic cloves. The only reason for the 4 stars.......have I missed it, or do you have mint?

OBSESSED! Best thing since sliced bread

I've been using JUX for the past few weeks in salads and dressings and it is GROUNDBREAKING!

Who got time to peel and cook beetroot (not to mention the mess), nobody! Tired of sloppy leaves in your salad bags? No more. Having to buy garlic over and over again because you only need one clover? Problem solved.

Honestly. JUX is amazing. I pray they release options for fruit so we can make easy, fun smoothies!

I was given a selection pack for Christmas and have been utterly blown away by these. About to place my 3rd order, will never be without them, use them daily.

Indistinguishable from normal dried herbs, even if soaked in oil first. Fine, but not worth the premium price tag. I tried the 6 pack: basil, dill, thyme, oregano, rosemary and parsley.

I constantly throw out veg that's gone mouldy or soggy which means I end up buying less of it.

JUX has increased my plant intake significantly as I can stock up, and rehydrate at will without worrying about the shelf life.

My food tastes better, I'm eating better.

The JUX beetroot is my absolute favourite, I sprinkle them on salads for a little crunch and it saves so much time and mess!

If I'm being entirely honest, dried herbs have always kind of scared me. I love cooking from scratch and using as many fresh ingredients as possible and things like dried parsley or basil, always looked so gloomy and grey. The JUX herbs are totally different, they're super bright and colourful for starters, and have none of the musty smell or look that had previously turned me off other brands.

The freeze dried process clearly works a treat as the herbs come back to life in seconds, whether stirred into a one pot, whisked into an omlet, or made into a salsa or chimichurri to drizzle on a simple salad or piece of fish and make it feel that much more gourmet!

The other thing I love is how the jars stack up on top of each other. All other condiments or spices I put away in the cupboard, but my JUX stash looks so tidy all stack up, they're allowed to grace the counter next to the cooker!

I love cooking with the dill and thyme especially. Much more tasty and fragrant than regular dried stuff from the supermarket. And I always end up throwing away fresh herbs as I don't use them fast enough. The pots are a great size and even they stack on top of each other - which is just great to save on cupboard space!

Wanted to make my diet more nutritious and healthy so bought some JUX to try after seeing their social media.
This is my 5th purchase - it's absolutely amazing, you can definitely taste the flavour!
After every meal, I feel fantastic and immediately have more energy.
+ customer service are helpful and the team are great too.

I drink a smoothie every morning, using JUX & it has saved so much waste for me as someone who lives alone. Feels much much healthier than those funny chemical powders you see online! Tastes great also!

I found Jux from following nanny Louenna and i’ve been desperate to get my little one to eat more greens so this couldnt have come sooner. Love that i can just chuck the powders and pieces in it without any effort and know i’m feeding the little ones good, proper healthy food. Great for sneaking veggies in, recommending to all my mum friends!

Jux has honestly been a game-changer for me. The products are amazing—not just in quality but in how long they last. I can’t count the number of times they’ve saved me from a last-minute grocery run when I randomly decide to try a new recipe. It’s also a huge plus that I’m wasting way less food now. When they finally do run out (which takes a while), I’ll 100% be getting more.

Also, shout out to the customer care team. I changed my address last minute and they couldn't of been more helpful. Sorted my issue straight away and ensured it reached me without issue.

After trying the product, I now consider myself to be a repeat customer. The herbs definitely enhanced my meals and that's not easy to do, great work Jux Food's

Love the fact that now all my food tastes/looks better without much effort (no need to wash, chop, do any other food prep). Instead of just spinach, I add a dash of garlic, purple+white onion, carrots, red pepper, and beetroot which turns out so good. I do varying combinations of this to my eggs, Mac and cheese, my soups, salads, fried rice, and other dishes. It saves so much time and makes it easier to eat more veg-I go home for lunch and only have half an hour to make and eat my food and this certainly makes it super quick and easy to put together a great meal. The parsley is really a lot more flavorful than the supermarket stuff! I mix a bit of ginger powder with hot water (and sometimes a squeeze lemon juice) to boost my immunity when everyone everywhere's coughing. Have already reordered more carrot/red pepper/purple onion which I use daily - sometimes just on top of crackers with cheese as a reasonably healthy snack. Their carrot overnight oats recipe is really good - no sugar but just naturally sweet.

Fantastic herbs, dried vegetables etc. I use Basil and Thyme most days when cooking our dinner. Their pot holds twice as much as other dried herbs found in supermarkets and the quality is far superior!

Ordered as Christmas present. Never delivered. Unresponsive customer service. Needed to raise PayPal dispute to obtain refund.

I like fresh herbs but I often find I'm throwing half of them out because they don't end up going bad before I get round to using them. The pieces make cooking quicker and simpler and some (beetroot) also double as good snacks on their own. I've been enjoying the current range of herbs, powders and pieces and hope they can include some more! (Coriander pls)

So easy to use and perfect when you need some herbs in your recipe but don't want to waste fresh herbs. So much flavour.
