I had good experience with juwelo but…
I had good experience with juwelo but also bad experience because I received some defective jewellery, missing gemstones ,some gemstones didn't respected the original cutting being deformed and another inconvenient will be deformed shape of a ring for example ( maybe that why the price is so low.....)an advice for future buyers, take a look at the price.

Ci dispiace che alcuni gioielli non abbiano incontrato il Suo gusto, ma Le ricordiamo che può sempre effettuare il reso degli stessi, se comunicato entro 14 giorni dalla consegna.
Inoltre, nel caso in cui i gioielli ricevuti perdano una gemma o presentino un difetto, può contattare il Servizio Clienti entro due anni dall’acquisto per valutare se effettuare una sostituzione del gioiello o un reso.
