I placed an order and only got confirmation. After 1 week I emailed and they sent me a tracking which was delivering in Iowa instead of Delaware. I tracked it and it was delivered. My 250$ is gone. I feel very bad. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I found this company through Instagram and ordered. The shoes sent me were the wrong size and after much back a forth with the company through emails, they told me to ship them back, at my expense. I filed a complaint with paypal against them and still have no refund, thanks to a faulty claim by paypal that I couldn’t prove I mailed them back, even though I have the shipping bill.
This is yet another Chinese scam site.

100% scam. The items they delivered are nothing even close to those pictured on their website. For nearly 100 dollars I got a pair of chinese garbage worth something like 10 bucks in a local shoe market.
The package went to me a ridiculous time of 45 days. And now I am even unable to return and refund because of this.
Don't, I repeat, please DON'T buy from them.

i ordered on the 21st Dec 2018, the shoe arrived my house on the 11th Feb 2019 (35 working days!!). No tracking number till the 2nd week of Feb 2019(still showing China Location).

Quality delivered not same as what the advert website showcase. i received Chinese quality to Nigeria(Africa) even though i paid in global currency!!!!

A total scam. I ordered a pair early in December 2018. Now its Feb 2019 and I did not get the shoes.

This site is totally a scam thing. I placed my order on 23.12.2018 for grant shoes, they charged the money but they never deliver! After digging more, I have found that the website location is at Canada while they claim to ship from China, meanwhile at first they claim to ship USA. The owner is unknown! And I believe whoever tries to post positive reviews about the site must be one of them trying to fool the people.

This company scammed me. I ordered shoes and they gave me no information about shipping with no follow up email. I attempted to cancel my order on their website with no response. I went through PayPal to try to cancel my order which prompted Juvanis to finally contact me to say nothing could be done. 6 weeks later they sent me some cheap knock offs from China that I found on Amazon for 1/3rd of the price I paid. Be careful and stay away from this merchant.

It’s been a month since ordering the shoes and they have still not arrived. They charged the credit card day of order. Do not order from this company

I’m going to be highly honest with you, i ordered two shoes which costed me? And all you do is debit someone, send an email confirming someone’s order, but don’t respond to their email for weeks? This is a really bad experience and I’m badly regretting my purchase.

SCAM! TAKES YOUR MONEY, DOESN'T SEND ITEMS AND REFUSES TO REFUND!

An absolute scam! I ordered shoes from them over a month ago. A week after I ordered, they want me to send them scanned copies of my passport and driver's license. They won't send my order otherwise BUT THEY CHARGED MY CARD ALREADY!

Weeks and weeks later they still refuse to return my money. I shopped with Amazon, Threadless, BestBuy and a lot of other e-commerce sites but this is the first one asking for my passport and DL.

I think Juvanis is a scam. I have ordered 4 shoes mistakenly instead of 2 (3 items instead of 1) and I have cancelled my order within the 60 minutes required and even sent and email. No reply till now from them and unfortunately my credit card was debited today.

Juvanis is a scam and fraudulent online store. SHOP with Juvanis at your own risk. They tell you that all orders are processed within 2-7 business days but that's a BIG LIE. It's been 19 days since I ordered two shoes. One of the shoes was sent (that's what I was told but I haven't received it) after 10 days and the other is yet to be shipped. The worst thing about them is that they do not respond to your inquiries. I have resolved to never contact them about my shoes anymore and I will treat this experience as a lesson learned. I am writing this review for someone who might be thinking of shopping from Juvanis. PLEASE AVOID JUVANIS. IT'S A SCAM!!!!

Scaaaaam. It has been 2 months and my order has not been delivered. Respones to e-mails are generic.A very bad experience.

Juvanis is abjectly a scam or defrauding online shopping outfit. Unsuspecting customers beware of Juvanis. It is a shopping outfit that is a scam/fraud. I ordered 2 shoes worth almost $500 on December 29, 2017 after more than 45 days. Following is its dubious customer value proposition:

"Processing your order can take 24-48 hours. And we will ship it in 3 to 5 days.Deliveries take 14-30 business days and in rare cases 30+ business days. Some items may take longer to be delivered, so please allow sufficient amount of time. Rest assured that all items are normally delivered up to 45 business days."

Indeed, I waited for more than 45 days without delivery. Upon contacting the customer service on February 14, its reply was that "we will process your order now." Folks, my 2 orders were never processed on December 29, 2017 and after charging my credit card. Because I discovered Juvanis' dubiousness, I cancelled my orders with immediate effect. Worst, there was no iota apologies from Juvanis for its misleading customer value proposition.

Shop at Juvanis at your own risk.

Ordered 2 pairs of winter boots and was over a month to arrive. I was already thinking winter will be over before they come.... But they were worth the wait, that's sure!!!!
