Hello Keith,
So sorry to hear you have not received your order yet. I have just looked into this further with a member of our sales team who advised that your order was dispatched on the 27th. UPS tried to deliver your order on the 2nd May but no one was in for delivery, so they left a card & delivered it to your nearest access point.
