Avoid - lie about stock to get your money
In short - they lied about stock online, they are very poor communicators, they are short & unapologetic.
I was searching for a replacement Davey SLL300 water pump as mine had just died. Jus Water Pumps had a good price, was in stock online, and had free shipping (after subscribing of course). This was April 26, 2026. After waiting for a confirmation of when the product would be delivered, I contacted them on May 3. They told me they were waiting on stock & it would be later this week. On May 12 I contacted them again - they told me it would be the end of the month (ie May26). May 15 I advised them my pump had stopped working, and asked again - same reply email - end of May. May 21 I asked why Davey did not provide them with more accurate delivery dates. Pool greening. They told me they could not give an actual date, just approximate. May 31 asked them again where it was as still no word or action from this company. Jun 1st asked them again where it was as still no word or action from this company. I told them if they can't provide the pump or a date - refund. Jun 2 Refund received.
I then used Pool & Spa Warehouse - in stock, quick delivery, better customer service.
