This company is absolutely dreadful.
Priority postage is a con. I ordered on a Thursday and it was delivered the following Thursday. They claim I ordered Friday. Customer service do not reply to emails.
Avoid!
I ordered some designer clothes as a test purchase having never used them before, however on arrival they were substandard possibly seconds (maybe fake), I'm not sure but either way not in keeping with the brand I knowing love and have purchased on the high street.
My emails were met with no response so I raised a paypal dispute. This is often a fruitless exercise in such cases because you have to get a 3rd party to verify that your items are fake. No easy task and with 10 days to do it and having to fax all the documentation off to PayPal its really not likely to go in your favour.
So don't waste your time. Stick to somewhere you know and trust, it's worth paying that bit more... you get what you pay for.
In hind sight I should have checked out their so called 5000+ likes on facebook as a lot of them are fakes, a clear indicator in itself.
Don't expect a happy outcome..
I ordered on Sunday, I payed extra money for express 2 day delivery and they didn't even I dispatch until Tuesday. Products won't even arrive until Thursday at the latest. Total con.
Response from customer service was really like they couldn't care less.
Avoid.
"Thank you for your email. Your order was packed on Monday but after the courier had been to the warehouse. Therefore it left our warehouse yesterday. Our postage guideline on our site states normally two business days from dispatch. Therefore your order is not late but as this is not a guaranteed service no postage refund would be applicable. The only postage refund applicable to any order is if a customer selects next business day delivery and the delivery is late."
