The assistance from your Tonbridge branch staff was excellent. However when ordering the tyre I was given wrong info that the Michelin tyre was only for Audis and not for my Honda. The manager at Tonbridge confirmed to me it was perfectly suitable.

Very fast fitting and very reasonable price

Went for a valve check booked in online. To be told when I arrived they didn’t do my particular valve because the car was too new (it’s 10 years old!). There is no mention on the website to suggest this type of valve isn’t available. I find this hard to believe as did the garage who were actually able to carry out the very simple task. This waste of time could have been easily avoided by stating on your website, when booking a valve check, that modern technology isn’t your specialty.

Very helpful staff although they were not 100% certain about their own web site and how to select the appropriate tyre for my vehicle. But with goodwill on both sides and a bit of digging we arrived at the correct solution.

Arrived for the fitting appointment on time and the work was done in 20 minutes for fitting two tyres which is pretty good - not rushed but done efficiently.

I arrived to find my appointment needed to be cancelled due to broken equipment. This was a known issue and I was not contacted to be told in advance. This is the second time I have been to this garage. The first visit was perhaps a year ago or more but I find the staff to be pretty unapproachable and off hand with anyone who questions the service being provided. I will not be returning.

I was impressed with a good team at Tonbridge. Just tyres….a heads up to you, look after your workforce in particular, the mature gentlemen at the Tonbridge store😀

It took three visits to get my tyres fitted. I bought four tyres, at a good price, on-line and booked a fitting appointment. When I turned up I was told, although the tyres were there (which I found out later they weren't) we can't fit them as we are short on staff. I re-booked fitting for a couple of days later only to be told, when I turned up, that the tyres had been delivered but they couldn't find them. I re-booked a third time. When I turned up this time the manager was there, he hadn't been on the two previous occasions, and all went smoothly. End result was good, getting there was painful!

I had the unfortunate experience of having to visit on 3 occasions. Once due to tyre not arriving as expected. Unable to fit the following day. Second visit a three year old tyre was sent, so not fitted. Third occasion an alternative tyre was fitted and the head office tried to charge me and extra £10.00. Great work from the fitter Ethan, checked other tyres for correct pressure even though he was short staffed and under pressure. He even talked to head office to revoke the extra charge. Bad experience turned to positive. Ethan deserves a pay rise.

Good price and great service. On time. Straight in. 2 tyres fitted and sorted. One person on each wheel. All over in 8 mins! Felt like a pit stop !
