Just Tyres - St Neots Reviews 

I called into Just Tyres in St Neots without an appointment following a puncture on the A1 in the middle of a long journey last Monday. The service was just fantastic.. kind, helpful technicians (one of whom I think was the Manager), no waiting time at all and a quick, efficient repair which was much cheaper than the tyre replacement I had anticipated. They were really nice people and I highly recommend them. The total delay to my journey, from puncture to back on the road, was less than an hour.

Think the man i dealt with was called Rob. He was very attentive and honest with me. He gave me different prices on tyres and advised me on what would be best without making me feel like i had to go for the top end. He booked me in asap and the guys had all 4 tyres changed within 30 mins. can’t fault the team at st neots and would definitely recommend/ use again:)

Quick & easy change of all 4 tyres in the store. It was also easy to buy the tyres online and book an appointment. In addition Rob & the team had been checking the depth / condition of my tyres on a regular basis following my service in January, which showed my tyres were on amber, which meant I brought the new tyres at the right time.

Thanks to the guys at St Neots. Turning around our replacements & tracking within 90 mins on a Saturday with no notice. They handled a very impatient lady (I needed to be somewhere….) organising her teenage daughters car with extreme helpfulness, patience and good grace.

Excellent service, order fitting all as stated

The fitters at the St Neots branch were great but the manager (Rob) was rude, patronising and aggressive in his upselling. It made me feel quite uncomfortable but I bet it works for them hence they keep doing it.

Back to the training materials for you Rob....with particular focus on how to greet customers and how to speak with them with respect.

The previous manager for this branch was so much better to deal with. Will probably look at their rivals next time around.

Avoid the branch in St Neots. Staff with a bad attitude. They refused to do a puncture repair and tried to con me into a new tyre….thinking that I didn’t know that it could be repaired. Not nice people to deal with.

I went to Just Tyres based on the positive reviews. Sadly my experience was very poor. I felt the chap behind the counter was rude and dismissive. I had an advisory on my MOT for 2 new front tyres. His colleague went out to check the sizes, came back and said all were cracking. I would need all tyres replacing. I explained I'd only budgeted for two based on the MOT. He got very aggressive saying I needed to sign paperwork in case I crashed so nothing came back on him. I said OK, when can they be done. Dismissively he said come back Monday. He was too busy then. As I looked round at 11.30 on a Saturday morning I saw his two colleagues sitting in customer seats eating.
I left and went to ATS round the corner. The chap there, who WAS busy, still took the time to come and check the tyres with me. He booked me in for later that week, with agreement that the remaining tyres did need replacing but were still legal, so advised they were replaced but they weren't as urgent as JustTyres implied. And no need to sign any paperwork.

I had a tyre repaired as I was told there was a nail in my tyre (I looked but couldn’t see one) anyway paid £37.99 for a repair.
The tyre was losing pressure as it was before being “fixed” by just tyres. So I returned to be told I had another nail in my tyre. Or had they missed this the first time? Apparently not Geoff insisted that they could not have missed this.I cannot 100% say it wasn’t a new nail but the attitude was I can fit you a new tyre or get out of the garage. Would NOT give this company any more of my money.
I didn’t go to just tyres for a long while as if you requested a tyre they said they had it in but when turning up for it to be fitted they only had more expensive tyres and not what I asked for. Again I will not be returning.
Monday afternoon I took my tyre to be repaired/changed by another tyre supplier. I explained the situation that I’d been through and he said the tyre had not been balanced as the weight on the rim was very old, rusty etc, however just tyres had charged me for this as it was on my receipt.
BEWARE! make sure you get what you pay for, as I didn’t.
I am now in the process of making a complaint to head office.

A fast efficient service

Ordered 2 tyres for my motorhome on line after an on line chat, ordered and booked the fitting close to where my motorhome is stored. When I arrived at the booked time there was no room on the drive so had to drive around for over 20 minutes until I could get on the drive. When I got on the drive I could not get the motorhome in the workshop so had to take the motorhome back to its storage. Contacted just tyres and booked into another depot. When I arrived I found the staff to be very unfriendly people and argued with me over the tyre pressure the tyre should be. We will not be using them again.

The crew at St. Neots are quick and efficient. Good service.

I complained to customer services on line and to this date have not even recieved a call or the courtesy of a reply poor customer service on there side the garage were very helpful

Very pleased, both fronts replaced in less than half hour, friendly knowledgeable staff and keen prices on top, recommended
