The guys at Rooksley were welcoming and answered all my questions. Did a great job protecting the ‘original’ alloys on my sports-car. Even checked data with technical colleagues when torque recommended levels appear low to them. Great job and planning to take Eurobox there now.

Dear Just Tyres Team,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent experience with your Rooksley Milton Keynes centre. Yesterday (15th May 2023), I made an online booking for a tyre replacement service and subsequently confirmed the same via a phone call to your centre.
In anticipation of this appointment, I rearranged my work-from-home schedule for today to avoid unnecessary driving on my spare wheel. However, upon arrival for my scheduled service, I was met with an unexpected and disappointing scenario.
The two staff members at your centre were seemingly waiting without any work in progress. After about five minutes of my time, I was informed that the tyre I had specifically ordered for my vehicle was not available. What was even more disappointing is that I had not been notified of this issue prior to my arrival, nor was I offered an apology for this inconvenience.
According to your team, the missing tyre was due to a delivery van driver's error. While mistakes happen, I believe that this information should have prompted an immediate check to identify the customer who would be affected and a proactive communication to avoid any inconvenience.
Now, I find myself in a position where I have to once again adjust my work schedule to accommodate another appointment, hoping that the issue will be resolved tomorrow (17th May 2023). This situation could have been easily avoided with better communication and customer service.
I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and your assistance in ensuring that such a situation does not recur, and that the Tyre is available for tomorrow at the earliest convenience. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this issue.

They don’t have a clue how to do wheel…
They don’t have a clue how to do wheel alignment for van. Done 4 times in 2 days and was anyway no good and they said my suspension something wrong so I must booked somewhere else to sorted out and no problem with suspension atoll.

Took my details, called round to locate tyres immediately, they then got them delivered in 20 minutes, replaced my tyres in under an hour. Spot on service, couldn't have been more helpful.

Came in next day and again Dan got me in at a time that suited me and the new tyre was fitted so quickly.
Even though my tyre was delayed I am still very happy with the service I received and my overall experience.

Tyre safety check uselesss
I had a tyre 'safety check' which was seemd to be just a quick glance. I was told there was some wear but the tyres did not need replacement. It failed its MoT as 'dangerous' 3 days later which caused me a great deal of aggrevation
