I went there for my appointment time to…
I went there for my appointment time to be greeted with a very, very rude mechanic who couldn’t even look at me in my face was so busy faffing around another member of staff vehicle , after 20 minutes I asked him how long he thinking he’s gonna be he told me he can’t give me a time yet and I reminded him that having an appointment booked and I had somewhere else to go and have things to be doing so with that, I asked for a refund and he said to me, yeah, yeah I sort it out for you later when I finish this I said no I want it sorted out so I called head office who were very good to me transferred me to one of the other locations in Wokingham however I still didn’t get the balance of my tire which I paid for on top so yeah ended up being out of pocket and my day was wasted as well at the same day don’t go there the one Oxford Road is absolutely awful

The team were professional and courteous even offering some advice regarding the tracking issues I'd encountered.

I had two tyres fitted
I had two tyres fitted, one no problem, unfortunately the other wheel was accidentally damaged, however the manager arranged for a repair which was quickly sorted. I have therefore only given 4 stars but the overall service would be 5 stars, not withstanding the repair.

I was late to my appointment due to…
I was late to my appointment due to traffic, with Just Tyres closing at 6pm. I turned up with ten minutes to go expecting to book another appointment, but Jack and Brandon kindly changed two tyres in ten minutes! No fuss whatsoever and it was massively appreciated, two top guys and would recommend this place to anyone.

Booked through black circles and made an appointment. The tyres weren’t there when we arrived but Just Tyres Reading were very helpful ringing black circles and asking them to cancel the booking. Then fitted equivalent tyres. Very helpful.

Woodley shop needs a good cleaner to…
Woodley shop needs a good cleaner to sort out the Reception area - it’s filthy. Staff need some advice on customer service - I didn’t need to be told the Technician didn’t want to be there as he was ill then sneezing without covering face whilst in the Reception area.
