The two mechanics
The two mechanics, Conner and Rees, were very thorough and helpful in repairing my tyre and getting me back on the road. I was very grateful for their advice. Would highly recommend the Luton garage.

Change tyre size one down
Change tyre size one down. Guys who change it put 50 psi saying it's rock solid and I should not put more. My previous tyres and what it says on the door label it's a lot more pressure. I've checked it carefully and found it to be under inflated a lot. Obviously I didn't let it to be like that for more than one day but their knowledge is not enough and it could result in tyre blow. They need to study more.

Just fit the tyres please
One of the staff spent rather too much time trying to persuade me to buy a second tyre using arguments with no foundation whatsoever. Meantime another member of staff was delivering the new tyre inflated to 35psi rather than the manufacturer recommended 43psi

Saturday's are really busy
Extremely busy, partly due to a member staff arriving for work late so had to wait a considerable amount of time beyond my appointment slot.
However, the work was carried out professionally and staff were courteous.
In hindsight it would probably be preferable to visit on a weekday rather than a weekend.

Zack you are an absolute star!
I bought the incorrect size online, spoke to head office who quickly and swiftly resolved the issue. Zack was backed up and alone in the workshop and despite all that he managed to do a brilliant job and get my tyres on even tho my appointment time had lapsed.
Great customer service and great service from Zack, he truly deserves a pay rise having been all alone and running the shop on his own! Well done Zac you need a promotion.

Always get a great experience at just tyres and never pushed to buy another tyre like most places do ! Ie going to repair a puncture and other places would say another tyre is needed and will fail its mot !

Good advice and helpful service
I ordered a set of tyres from Just Tyres to be fitted at Luton. Unfortunately I booked the wrong size, but the fitters (Connor and Dan) were very helpful and got me sorted out without any fuss.

Absolutely shocking and dangerous…
Absolutely shocking and dangerous service. I was taken by the AA to the Luton branch having suffered a puncture locally whilst travelling for a day out. I paid £80 for a new tyre which was fitted back on by the AA man. After my day out (which was an hour from home) I was greeted by the same tyre completely flat.
I was stranded again with my child who has special needs. I managed to seek help and get air in the tyre and I took a video of the theme park team checking to see if air was coming out having sprayed it with water. There was bubbles everywhere the tyre was not sealed. I had to be followed home for the hour journey as I didn't know how long the air would stay in. I managed to get home but with barely any air left.
I went to the Potters Bar branch the following morning where I showed the manager the video and asked what could be wrong with my tyre (not telling him who fitted it). He said it wasn't sealed properly.
I then explained the situation and he told me "It's not good is it". I was fuming. I then spent another hour plus there to be told all I would get was a 10% code for another purchase.
The tyre was full of the mud that had been picked up kerb side whilst having the puncture and was not cleaned. The guy at Luton just literally slapped a new tyre on knowing fully well what he was doing.
I was told I would be contacted by the customer services team. Nothing to date. Its now a week later so off to raise a complaint.
Shocking company who put me and my child in danger.
