Terrible service ,i have tyres that where fitted last year ,MOT today to say the two front tyres have perished and have cracks ,i went to see them at just tyres with reciept and evidence from mot ,and basically wont do anything about it after telling me i had a guarentee on the tyres and told me id have to buy two more tyres .I have taken advice, and this is not good and been told the tyres shouldnt be like that after 4,000 miles i wont be returning and its in the hands of trading standards now .

Great service and price
Arrived at the booking time and no delay in getting the car in and the tyres changed. No hanging around they just got on with the job. Specially liked that the bolts were tightened by hand and to the correct torque and not just power tooled on. Would use again and the best price I could find

Wholly unsatisfactory
Wholly unsatisfactory. The booking system was not kept to. I had an appointment for 4pm on a Wednesday and was not seen to or tyres fitted until 17:45. The staff were unprofessional and the job was not done right. I had to return the same week as all the wheel weights came off within one mile of driving. Very poor service.

i arrived for two tyres to be fitted in…
i arrived for two tyres to be fitted in Harrogate at the time i booked online. there was a single fitter running around dealing with several customers. when it was my turn, he explained the manager had double booked my appointment, so i returned a hour later. Lucky i wasn’t in a hurry but was provided great service after the delay.

Having to go to another garage to…
Having to go to another garage to rectify an issue caused when new tyres were fitted. Appointment on Monday as my car now badly pulls to the right as agreed by regional manager. One of your staff members sacked who worked on my car but does not help me. Losing driving time and costing me £45 to check tracking as your floating manager said he didn't feel comfortable of having sufficient knowledge to do it. Hence as I'm certain you'll agree I'm totally unhappy.
