Excellent service from the guys at…Harrogate Just Tyres
Excellent service from the guys at Harrogate Just Tyres, even allowing for a minor hiccup in the delivery schedule.
Great after sales advice too; resetting air suspension, rechecking torque settings.
Thanks.

It was simple to book an appointment…
It was simple to book an appointment and got the slot I wanted. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had to buy the tyre online before I arrived but the price that was shown on the website (no hidden extras) was not what I paid. For some reason it was £6 more at the checkout with no explanation??
Overall happy with the experience due to the fitting team.

Damaged our alloys and denied it!!!!
shocking, use a crowbar to seat tyres and damaged our 21 inch alloys... denied it and claimed damage was already there... wheels were all mint, checked before dropping off and checked at pickup and that's when i saw this (car wasnt moved at all) and challenged them on the spot. First they tried the hide the damage under the white soap residue, then there is the type and location of the damage, you can tell from the damage this was a downwards pressure action that made this mark, no side to side damage a curb would cause and NO damage on the lip and looked very much like crowbar roll damage... told to "go away and not to come back"... was followed by me calling the HQ. Almost forgot to point out the secondary damage, deep impression mark on the edge of the spoke you can just see in the pic.... asked them to explain how that one got there then if wasn't them... that was so fresh when i touched it black paint particles crumbled off!! every time i asked the fitter to explain the marks he couldn't!!! His attitude and reaction clearly showed guilt but denial all the way!! People with already damaged wheels or who don't care about their wheels, feel free to use these clowns but if you take pride and have nice wheels DONT use Just Tyres in Harrogate or you will regret it, bad attitude, workmanship, lies and rude!!!! then there is the damage and cost to fix this, which i am pursuing them to pay

Bought 2 front tyres for my campervan at a very competitive price via the very easy to navigate website.
I chose a time slot for a next day fitting and called next day to confirm the tyres were in and the helpful centre manager said if I could get there within 30 minutes he could fit them earlier than my appointment time.
Arrived early and went straight in.
Both tyres fitted, balanced and all tyres inflated to correct pressure.
They also checked the brake pads for wear and advised on their condition (useful as it’s due an MOT).
I will definitely be using them again and will also be taking my wife’s car in when it needs new tyres.
