Didn't actually have the tyres that I'd booked to have fitted on the day arranged. But contacted me and advised me accordingly and provided an alternative tyre which I'm happy with. These things happen. Overall the experience was very good from customer service at head office to the fitters in the shop who provided a very speedy and pleasant service. Will definitely use again.

Great price and so easy to buy from.
The tyres were available at short notice after being let down elsewhere, the pricing was keen and all taken care of online. The fitters there were enthusiastic, helpful and did an amazing job sorting my car out.
Will be using these guys again in a heartbeat.

Tyre change experience.
I booked online which was easy to do. Although on arrival I realised that I wasnt going to be seen on time. They were busy and I waited in my car until they could get me in. This was a good 30 minutes late. The tyre technician said he would be with me as soon as he could but no apology. The waiting room was grubby, needed painting ,could have a tea coffee machine, a radio or tv for long waits.

The staff are alway friendly and know their stuff. The tyres I wanted were not available from the branch but I ordered them online and they were fitted at the branch I wanted. It might be an idea to highlight the fact on the website that some of the tyres can not be ordered from the branch (as I thought they could).

Daventry branch. The guys here are so helpful. Went in with what I thought was a puncture but turned out was an issue with my alloy seal. Sorted it out on the spot for me, excellent service and a company I could fully trust to help me. Will definitely be happy to use these guys again.

Only go there becaust they say no…power tools to fit wheels
Only go there because they say no wheels fitted by guns all done by Hand. Watch try to fit wheel studs by electric gun then haveing to do it by hand changing studs around to get them in ornery look else we’re now for tyres
