Purchased online 2xsupervalue tyres…
Purchased online 2xsupervalue tyres rated c&b for fuel efficiency & wet grip.. When I rang to confirm fitting appointment, they confirmed that they were the ones I purchased. When they were fitted the invoice states they are E&C rated, not the ones I purchased.... Obviously replaced them without informing me... Could of bought them from elsewhere & fitted cheaper..

Great Staff
I went into The Chesham branch yesterday afternoon and cannot fault the gentleman that served me, I think his name was Pedro. He greeted me very enthusiastically, checked what I needed doing and was extremely professional and polite. I was out of the centre within half an hour.

Had two front tyres and they damaged…
Had two front tyres and they damaged the centre cover plates buy breaking the tabs off
And just said o it happens sometime
So I've go to pick up a £35 bill to get new cover plates so you can not see the nuts
Will not be using them again
