Great staff at Cambridge
5pm appointment on Friday 28th Aug in Cambridge. Staff had tried to call earlier to postpone because one staff had an injury, but couldn’t get hold of me. As I had arrived, he still changed all tyres and didn’t complain. Serving with a smile. Of course I would have postponed but needed tyres replaced urgently. Grateful for excellent service.

I bought a tyre online
I bought a tyre online, which when I went to my local Just Tyres to have it fitted I was told it was not suitable for my vehicle. They offered me another tyre, which they said that they would do for the same price giving me the impression that I was getting the same quality tyre that I had originally purchased. When I later checked online I found that this tyre was a cheaper and inferior tyre than I had originally purchased. I have used Just Tyres before and was happy with the service that I received, but now I feel that I have been cheated and deceived.

What a waste of time
What a waste of time. Dropped car off at the appointment time having paid for two new tyres and wheel alignment. They were just finishing off the car before and said it would be ready between 45-60 minutes. Returned after an hour nothing car hadn’t moved ! Two walking ins had been given priority - no sign of anyone in charge just two lads messing around in the tyre bay - taken 5 days to get my money back. Don’t bother with this shambles.
