Great service, called me when the tyres came in and fitted me in a day early so that is what I call a very very great service, will use again and the prices are some of the best I have seen so well done.

Quick and efficient service
A very quick and efficient service,I arrived on time and was greeted by the friendly manager.
My car was taken in at the booked time and I was shown to a slightly grubby waiting room.
Apart from that a great expierience. Thank you.

New tyres
I needed some new tyres so did a google search and found just tyres had a discount on two tyres I was able to purchase quick and easy through PayPal and booked it
When i arrived at my appointment we noticed that i didn’t have a wheel locking nut key and the men there tried to help by using some wheel locking nut keys but unfortunately none of them worked so they gave me a leaflet on someone that could help to remove my wheel locking nuts once I had got this done I re booked my car back in to have the tyres changed I then received a call from just tyres to arrange an earlier appointment which was even better for me so eventually getting my new tyres

From ordering to having the tyres fitted the experience was simple,the price was competitive,the fitting was no fuss.

Time and money wasting because of stupid company policies
I ordered some tyres suggested by teh website by entering my Registration and I waited 10 days for the appointment only to be told on the day of fitting by the branch that they will not fit the tyres i had ordered as they are not like for like replacement tyres. Apparently it is company policy that if they take off EV specific tyres such as Pirelli PZERO "Elect", they can only replace them with like for like. (They fed me some rubbish about static electricity)
It has been confirmed by Hankook that the tyres i ordered are suitable for EVs.
This seems like a scam to get you to spend nearly £100 more PER TYRE for EV specific tyres.
