Have used Just Travel Insurance many times in the past for our travel insurance as we have a number of medical conditions. It's easy to navigate the website and get quotes.

Excellent service over the phone very good price received my documents in the post a few days later

I did have to wait a while before the phone was answered but when it was, it was straightforward and within less than 30 minutes I was able to take out my travel insurance. I specially pleased because I am over 75 and I thought the whole process was fairly easy.

Absolutely ridicolous service... Made a claim for a pair of lost Airpods. All evidence was sent through two months ago. I have called the helpline four times. No one is able to give me an update on the case or an average estimated waiting time. All they ever say is "they'll chase" the person in charge. One person even said the problem might have been that she couldn't click on the link to see a price comparison for replacement, and I had to explain she could copy and paste it into a new tab. There has been no follow-up whatsoever. I've just hung up on yet another call. It's at least a reassurance that I'm claiming a relatively small loss, because if that had been something of more value or an emergency, I have no faith this company would have backed me up. A very frustrating experience.

We are having a really poor experience with this company. Asking for irrelevant documents, not accepting handwritten invoices, being untruthful and imposing bizarre conditions. It is bad enough having an accident abroad without the incremental stress of an unhelpful insurance company.

Easy access to policies and great choice , and very competitive prices

I have just spoke to just travel cover agent called Claire she’s been there 15 years absolutely fantastic well mannered pleasant knew exactly what she was talking about. Couldn’t ask for a better member of staff to speak to thumbs up to Claire for five star 

I used this company and had to make a claim in September 2024. Roger Rich & Co are handling said claim. I am still waiting to hear from this company. After multiple calls and emails and sending documents as requested and being told someone will contact me, no one ever replies or contacts you. I would advise to stay well clear
