Just Russel is great!

We wanted to change our dog's food to something more nutritious and decided to try Just Russel.
The first time we received the food my husband even said it smelt like human Sunday lunch.
I feel more at ease feeding my dog now, knowing that the people behind the products put care into it and try to keep it as natural as possible.

My dog's stool is now much healthier which shows first-hand the quality of what they eat.

Furthermore, the prices are very reasonable and the ordering process super easy.
When our dog's monthly package arrives she gets pretty excited when we open it so she can see what she received.

Healthy dog - Happy owner

My chow loves this

I’m genuinely surprised by how much my Chow Chow, Fuji, loves this food! Before switching, he was on Eukanuba Intestinal, which I chose to help with the stomach ulcers he was dealing with. Unfortunately, he still threw up often. I decided to try this food because it’s hypoallergenic and designed for sensitive stomachs, and to my surprise, it has made an incredible difference.

Fuji has now been on it for three weeks, and he hasn’t thrown up once! Even better, he eagerly finishes his entire bowl every time and is noticeably more excited about mealtime. I also love that this food is tailored specifically to him—it’s designed with his unique needs in mind. The subscription service has been great so far, with every delivery arriving at the perfect time, so I never have to worry about running out.

While it is a bit on the pricey side, the results have been absolutely worth it! Fuji is happier, healthier, and thriving on this diet. Truly recommend 👌

i rly trust only quality producers of…

i rly trust only quality producers of food for pets.
this one seems to be quite a quality one, becasue i have read what ingredients are in their food and bought it. my dog liked it even though these guys deliver only across two countries, I had to visit Belgium to take my parcel. forunately, my close friend lives there and I got no torubles to find a place to stay in.

Avoid Just Russel! They are a SCAM!

I had a truly terrible experience with Just Russel. When I agreed to their terms and conditions, I didn’t realize that I was automatically subscribed to a recurring payment. The subscription fee was hidden in the fine print, and as soon as I accepted the terms, I started being charged without my consent.

I had no idea I was signing up for an automatic charge, and when I tried to reach out for help, their customer service was useless.

Inadequate Notification: They claimed that a reminder email was sent on August 17th, giving me 2 days to cancel or modify the order. However, I never saw or received this email in a timely manner, which raises serious doubts about the reliability of their communication system. Simply sending an email doesn’t ensure that it was received or seen, especially when the consequences involve automatic charges and deliveries.

They are very deceptive in how they operate. Be cautious: the moment you agree to their terms and conditions, you’re unknowingly agreeing to an automatic payment. There’s no transparency, and they won’t help if you need to cancel or get a refund.

This is a scam company—STAY AWAY from Just Russel!

Not a tremendous success…

First shipment was a success. Cat loved his personalised food. But that love did not last long. The last shipment is nearly untouched. Our cat simply refuses to eat his food. I have stopped the subscription.

After this review, Just Russel contacted me to see how they could solve this issue. We received a new bag, with a new taste.

Our picky cat still refuses to eat his Just Russel food - but the service is unseen! Well done!

Great Food

We have two whippets which are both complicated to feed regarding allergies. Just Russel is one of the brand they can handle. First we had a friendly contact to take the anamnesis of both dogs. We had twice a problem with delivery from Belgium 🇧🇪 to Germany and with that kind of customer service we did first of experience, they have to improve a bit. They have a leader called Matthias he’s doing a great job. Unbelievable. Trying to solve all problems and always kind and respectful and professional. If u wanna get bigger and get more professional u need more guys like him. He is doing a premium customer service. If we didn’t met him we had changed the brand already. Great Guy

Wrong item

I ordered wet food for my elder cat . I got dry food instead . This is the second time already and i find this utterly ridiculous. When i order something i expect to get the exact thing i ordered, i cant even contact the workers of the shop because they are unreachable. No contact number nor e-mail .

agressive marketing

Subscribed at the eurodog show for a (paid) test package. we wanted to try, why not. Now it seems we subscribed for a monthly subscription!, hope we can cancel this quickly. We also received suddenly a crazy amount of ads.. This agressive way of marketing is simply not the way.

Worst customer support

Made my dog sick, waste of money

I filled their form for their "customized" food delivery. It was chicken, however what they delivered was not chicken based food. They made a mistake and sent pork based food as they said. I thought it would be still okay, I switched from the old food to new food gradually as they suggested. My dog has a horrible diarrhea since then, I switched back to old food, giving boiled chiken and rice to cure my dog's gut.
It was a complete disaster. I still have some left of their food. I am doubting if I should donate or just throw it away to not torture other dogs.

Just stay away, there are plenty of premium dog food brands. Their food is not customized, they just calculate the amount of food your dog needs based on the weight and activity.

I regretted that I wasted my money on them. They don't accept the food back or give a refund for their garbage.

Edit to your response: I already contacted you via that at first place. Only heard “oh sorry”. I still have an account, it has not been deleted after asking multiple times.

Diarrhea with Just Russel food

I ordered Just Russel food to try for my dog as I had a discount voucher. The next time my money was auto deducted, I don't remember subscribing to this site on monthly or yearly basis. It was only a one time order that did not suite my dog as my dog had Diarrhea with Just Russel food. I still have a packet untouched. This is money scam, I never gave permission to the site to auto deduct or add subscription.
