Just Right Pet Food Reviews 

We have been feeding Luigi the Yorkie the same food since we got him from the breeder (she was feeding him the same). Of course, once he turned 15 mos old we switched to adult food. We slowly started introducing him to your "Luigi's Blend" but when I would put his other food in the bowl he would go and sit next to his container for HIS blend! So I thought I would outsmart him and mix the two together (we had just bought a new bag of the other food). He would pick through and eat his blend first leaving the other for later! I think that's his way of telling us he REALLY loves "Luigi's Blend" a lot so this will definitely be his food of choice from now on 😊.

My puppy Bentley has been through two kinds of brands and disliked all of it. But I bought him just right and he is in love!! He loved the small meats they provide in the kibble. His coat looks vibrant and always looks forward to feeding time compared from before.

Very pleased with the food and the customer service. When I needed customization, they were very helpful. My dog readily eats the food and seems to thrive on it.

Henry loves it! He scarfs it down every time and it shipped to us so fast. The only issue I have it that you are only given a couple options. For example when it comes to his stool there’s only three options none of which represent Henry’s. I wish I could change things a bit more so that it was EXACTLY what I need.

The food itself, and the way it’s individualized for your pet is very very good. I have an issue with their response times and customer service. I switched from another prescription food to this service because I really liked their price point and online platform. I ordered the food on a Friday. I called their office on Monday and inquired about how long the food usually takes to arrive. They assured me it would be a couple of days so I decided to not get my dogs another bag of food since I still had about 3 days worth. I did not receive the food until Friday night- so a total of about 4-5 days since I called. It would be best for them to be more honest about shipping speed inquiries because the UPS label said 5-7 days ground service. I don’t have an issue with waiting and I know there’s shipping delays due to the pandemic. But please don’t lie to customers about the shipping speed. I’d rather be told over the expected time and get it early. Other than that, I am pleased with this service.

Brooks has lost 5 pounds since starting Just Right. So excited for my old girl. She has gotten more picky as she’s gotten older. I’ve been through numerous bags of food looking for something that is healthy and she enjoys eating. Well this food is “Just Right”. She loves it and hopefully will keep losing weight and nourishing her old bones. Thanks for creating this.

Just curious, I've previously ordered both the beef and chicken, and have identified the difference by color. Both times that I've switched and ordered beef, I received chicken. That's my only complaint. Aside from that I love the product and it's working well for my dog.

My german shepherd loves this food. His coat is now very soft. Can't say enough about this company. I had tried different home delivery companies and this one is the best by far.

He gobbles the food right up! Has not been eating long enough yet to see differences in his coat etc.

I decided to try this food because the whole concept sounded interesting. Well my 3 mos old puppy who would normally leave some of his kibble behind, loves Just Right! Not only does he eat every bite, he asks for more. The kibble smells fresh unlike some bags that can smell stale. The kibble is the perfect size for him, as he is only 5lbs right now. Having his picture on the bag of his personal food blend was an extra reason to love it. Although it’s a bit more expensive than a 5lb bag elsewhere, we will happily stick with Just Right, until Finneas tells me otherwise! You gotta try it!

I am so glad I made this switch, our puppy was having problems with diarrhea with the food the breeder gave me and I bought to continue. His little tummy just couldn't make it work. I came across this website when researching a better food for him that would help and so far it has been so good. Everything is back in working order and he seems much happier.

I love Just Right Pet Food!!! My dog and I could not be happier that we found this company. You can pick which kind of protein is used and add veggies of your choice before it's packaged in a bag with of photo of your dog. My dog had been suffering from pretty severe gastric distress before we found them, despite being on a vet prescribed diet. She is now a picture of glowing health!

My two rescue dogs love when their “Just Right” custom blends boxes arrive at the front doorstep! The chicken strips are their favorite in their custom blends designed for each of their individual needs. The Customer Service team is wonderful to work with. Having the automatic reorder each month makes the process so easy!
