This company is using a .co.uk address but has no connection to the UK and all their products supplied to the UK are subject to import duty which isn't shown on their website (it only says about a customs declaration and import duty, tax or excise are not mentioned). When I asked to return the lamp under the distance selling regulations they ignored the message so I'm going to try and get the money back through my credit card protection. If the lamps are counterfeit as some are saying then that's probably safer even if I have lost the money.

Fraudulent company, make out they are in UK but actually in France. Bulb "genuine inside" failed after less than 6 months, it's taken over 2 months to finally get a replacement from them after countless unanswered emails and miscommunication. I believe the bulb is a fake as I obtained a genuine bulb and the one from JPL is nothing like the quality of brightness and seems more generic. Would never use or recommend this company.

Shockingly bad company, do not use them. They are not based in the UK. I ordered an Epson replacement lamp from this company as their lead times seemed the best. Their web site stated 3 to 5 days. After chasing twice 14 days later I received an email saying that the lamp had dispatched, 10 days later it still has not arrived and is still showing 'in transit'. Terrible, tried to talk to someone and you just get an answer machine in French!!!!

We are happy with the service and have received a number of bulbs from them. I recommend emailing rather than phoning as you are more likely to get a response.

I have ordered a lamp for a projector. Paid for it, received confirmation email and had to wait 10 days for a delivery. After 2 weeks have passed i have called them to chaise up my order and to my big surprise I was told that i have cancelled my order. I obviously didn't and after some time guy called AKA called me back to say that actually they have cancelled my order, because the price on the website was wrong. So instead of 63 £ he told me i had to pay 136£. (price on the website is still 63£.
I haven't received email informing me of cancellation, nor money was returned in to companies credit card. Person named AKA when asked to put me through to manager refused to do so and said that it is not his problem. He refused to give me his full name saying am I police to ask him that.
I wonder how many customers are fooled this way, and are charged much more than they have paid for. I will be definitely taking this further. It's a fraud and not a respectful company.

You may even have a good impression after purchasing an item with them but the lamp won't last up until the warranty and it will be extremely painful and stressful to get a refund or to have it replaced. I purchased a light bulb for my projector last September and it's gone at beginning of November and believe me I don't use projector every day. We've made several calls to the office the attendant promised would post a new one but after a week nothing has been done about it on the company's end and they come up with a bunch of excuses proofing that the company is just to ripped up your money and the product they sell is worthless.
Very disappointed and as business operator I will make sure that everyone and other business will know that justprojectorlamps is NOT a serious or trustworthy company.
The reason I gave one star is because unfortunately there is nothing less than it but my personal score is minus one million.
I am very regretful for choosing this company over other serious company in the online market.

They have just charged for a bulb I never ordered. It seems they keep copies of card details after an order has been completed

A Genius replacement lamp unit supplied by JustProjectorLamps.co.uk
died after 6 months and limited use. Replacement ordered which was faulty as confirmed by Epson's main UK service agent. Returned the lamp unit (to France). Still waiting for a refund 4 months later. Dysfunctional customer service and poor products. Save yourself the hassle and don't bother.

I bought some lamps and received them within 24H. Very good prices !

Bought a Genuis projector lamp which continued to smell of burned plastic 2 month after use. The company wrote that the smell would disappear, but after 2 month we returned the lamp and bought an original Epson lamp instead. After several emails and now 1 month after the return, we have still not received the refund.

The website is easy to navigate and to find the product required, communication is excellent and lamp arrived safely due to secure and thoughtful packaging. I'll definitely come back for our projector lamps.
The poduct was delivered even faster than I expected. It was 100% compatible with my projector and I had no problems in fitting it. Ordering was simple and efficient.

The company appeared to be UK based with a UK address but turned out to be operating from France.

I ordered a replacement bulb for my Projector thinking I was getting a good deal on a generic replacement. But it turned out to be just a bulb and not the lamp unit. I could not dismantle the lamp unit so I asked to return the bulb. They said OK and siad it would take some time to test the bulb.

Returning it cost £9.74 (insured & signed for) to France.

Foolishly I then ordered what I thought was the right lamp unit. It turned out not to be (despite the packaging saying it was). Returning that cost another £10.61.

I was getting quite frustrated at this point having paid £11.69 for each bulb/lamp to be sent to me.

Maybe I should have known the difference between a lamp and a bulb - but there were no photographs on the website to help.

I was not responsible for sending the wrong lamp unit.

I asked for a refund and after several weeks and a threat of legal action did they finally make the refund but then they only refunded the cost of the bulb/lamp and not P&P.

So I am over £40 out of pocket and much worse for the experience of dealing with this company which clearly does not operate to the customer service and trading standards we expect in the UK.

So my advice is be careful and be aware.
