I stumbled on this place when looking for somewhere other than Goodwill San Mateo that not only recycles textiles and takes more than only sellable items, they pick them up from my door (in San Luis Obispo County) and from several other surrounding counties. The pickup was exactly at 7 a.m., at the beginning of the pick-up window. The driver was pleasant and took the 10 bags I had, 180#. Although JustPorchIt says that they will send a receipt, I still don't have one from them--either mailed or emailed--although I've asked them three times in writing and twice on the phone. I'd have given them five stars if they'd provide a receipt.

I have been working on cleaning out moms house(spring/summer) cleaning... got a dumpster, and found a bunch of really good things. Much to good to just throw away. so I googled ... pick up donations. Up popped "Justporchit" a brilliant organization that takes my donations and donates them where they are needed. Not only do they issue stuff out but they come pick it up contactless free. all of it. I signed up to have 10 bags but actually had about 30 bags. no problem they say . Fast forward , Thursday came , I had to run to the store. Came home and all my donations were gone!! Thank y'all so much for helping me to utilize the things I no longer needed.
