Great place to learn more about Warhammer and similar hobbies. All the staff are super knowledgeable and friendly and provide a lot of support to the community though events and just general chats and advice in store. Easy to book a table and membership is very reasonably priced. Best place in Liverpool and the surrounding areas by a long, long way.

Great store for all your gaming needs
Ordered a Cardfight Vanguard booster box that was discontinued on the website for a great price. The box arrived very quickly and in great condition, even though it was shipped to my NI address so shipping can have some delays. I'll likely order from here again, thanks!

Contacted them via email on 22nd march stating this. - (No reply)

emailed 24th march stating i have reached out via instagram - (No reply)
received an answer on Instagram 25th march saying out of stock but can refund, i replied same day requesting a refund,

241 day delay before shipping
TLDR: Took 8 months to deliver 2 small in-stock items.
I ordered several items on the 1st July 2022 which all showed on their website as in stock. They were needed for a convention the following weekend. On the 5th July I contacted them by phone to find out where my order was, as I hadn't received a shipping confirmation. They said some of the items weren't in stock. They proceeded to cancel and refund part of the order which wasn't in stock. The rest of the order was supposed to be shipped out. It didn't get sent in time for the convention; in fact it didn't get shipped until 27th Feb 2023 - nearly 8 months later. Not a word of an apology or explanation.

We keep in communication as much as possible and go above and beyond to provide a good service (as you noted - we offered to, and then part refunded the order), and we're always happy for you to cancel at any time, or leave your order open until the supplier sends us the item.
Your item was shipped to you as soon as it was in stock and I can confirm that you were sent a shipping email.
