Very disappointed I bought 2 phone covers for me and my husband as we just got married so thought it would be nice to get cases with our wedding photo on they can and yes they were lovely, but my husband's after two days started to peel off, I emailed and yes got a replacement but it's doing the same thing and mine is too so I won't be buying from this company again so upsetting.

My service and product from Just Personalise have both being fantastic. I purchased a mobile phone case with a personalised photo. I didn’t receive the case maybe due to the postal service strike action and the sad passing of HM Queen Elizabeth II. I contacted the company which was swift to reply and they said they would send a replacement. The order came and it is a fantastic product. I have used this company before and I can not recommend them enough for their ease f use placing an order, customer service and products.

Ordered a replacement cover for a lost kindle that had one of these covers. They are quite bulky and slightly on the heavier side, but very practical in use so I stuck with what I knew. I was going to use the same photo but on the offchance the old one reappears I went with a different choice. I have to say I REALLY struggled with the photo uploading process, it didn't work on my android phone really, even the desktop site on mobile was no good. So I tried on an actual computer, but the guidelines when adding multiple photos were so unclear as to what I would actually have showing in the finished result that I gave up and made a collage on my phone and then just uploaded that as the single photo option, and that worked, and what came was what was shown, so it all worked out OK in the end. So that's why I dropped the one star, but other than that I have to say the cover is great quality for the price, the photo reproduction is clear and colourful, and delivery was prompt and well packaged, so that side of the process is faultless. I do know from my many years use of the old one that the external seams end up cracking a bit down the spine but that's a small price to pay for such a value product over such a time and with the amount I use it - very fair. Happy customer, definitely recommend the product!

I had to do this review as I’m over the moon with the result. I bought 4 acrylic coasters, firstly I love that there is no cork or paper back, I’m an artist and I wanted to print my dog I had painted and other animal paintings, the colour reproduction is excellent and if I hold it up to the light, there is translucency, like stained glass effect, great job! Also I had to contact your customer service as I missed the drop down box to add the next image, it was evening, I actually figured it out myself, however I woke up to a reply from Agnieszka and guess what, she answered my actual question, so easy to follow if someone wasn’t savvy, she explained it well, she also offered “Please let us know if that wouldn’t for you.” 10 out of 10 for product and Agnieszka. 👏

Brilliant company to deal with, lovely Table Mats & coasters.

This is the 2nd time of ordering a kindle cover on behalf of my brother who has learning disabilities. His kindle is his life!
He asked for a dartboard theme so I picked an image off the net, personalised it and uploaded onto the just personalise website. From start to finish, the process was so easy. Within 4 days he had received it and is over the moon. The cover is good quality and the image was perfect and looks more expensive than the reasonable price we paid. Would not hesitate to order again.

Really pleased with service, delivery, and product. Ordered picture iPad cover which was delivered within days and is good quality considering photo was taken òn an app and then sent on to another phone. Website easy to navigate and upload photos to. Overall, couldn't be happier.
