Order never received

Order never received. Despite paying for next day delivery package never arrived. Whilst this was the fault of Royal
mail Just my look did nothing to support advising I have to wait 10 days for them to be able to log a claim with the royal
Mail. I would advise not making the customer wait whilst you resolve your issues with Royal Mail. just my look will be compensated by the Royal
mail so why not do the right thing by the customer and reissue the order or offer a refund?

Great prices and service

My experience with JustmyLook was great. The site is easy to navigate and the prices extremely competitive. There are also special offers which were brilliant when I looked. Delivery was very quick and well packaged. The products are genuine and I was so pleased with the price of my first order I submitted a second order almost straight away. I definitely recommend this company.
