Ordered a mic

Ordered a mic, not a cheap one, did not like it, asked if i can ship it back, received an answer that it is not an issue. Happily shipped it back and got money back within a few days. What i can say. Excellent shop. Thank you!!!

I had my acoustic guitar serviced by Dave at Just Music…

I had my acoustic guitar serviced by Dave and he did an outstanding job. Cleaned the guitar...new strings put on and adjusted the bridge which was too high. He also fixed the electronics for my plug-in, and it sounds awesome. Like brand new. Friendly and efficient service by a professional. Overall , Dave gets 10/10.

very poor customer service

very poor customer service. I made an order but due to the item not coming into stock I requested a refund. After 5 days and numerous emails I got no response I had to phone the store directly to get the refund.

Worst Music store ever

Worst Music store ever. Poor custumer service. Impossible to get in touch with.
Sold my son a fuzz pedal that was broke. We returned it to months ago a still has not replied nor send back the money. Dont even replie to e-mails.
Spend your money some where else.

Delivery took a little longer, but all in all ok

Delivery took a little longer then foreseen ( I ordered 2 pcs, but apparantly only one on stock ), but the items were delivered correctly and within the timeframe.
Communication 5/5.
Delivery could be faster, but acceptable in this case ( backorder )
Will buy again

Worst customer service ever

They have the worst customer service in the world. I have bought a piano digital from them and after tons of problems I finally managed to get it delivered after one month and countless calls. They support was never helpful. After I got the piano I made the big mistake to trust them again to buy a piano support but this time, after one month, countless messages to their chat service and call to their customer service I have never received my item. They were never useful in assisting me and never made anything to really help me. They are the less customer friendly company I have ever dealt with.

poor customer service

Oh, I can copy the sentence from another rewiew: I made an order on their homepage which ended up with an error in their system. But payment was successful. I did not receive any order confirmation. Yet no quick response by e-mail. Their hot line is probably only for listening of their "justmusic" song. Actually, I do worry about what will (not) happen :( I hope I could later write here that everything was fixed and quickly solved.

update: 1 day later, I managed to call them. 2 days later they informed me in e-mail about having some troubles to join my payment with my order. So they sent my money back to my account. Generally I do not understand why the only one possibility was to return my money (they said that if I need ordered goods, I have to order it again and pay it once again while my payment comes back to my account). Strange, but anyway, my money is back :)

Very bad service! Probably the worst I’ve ever experienced

I made an order on their homepage which ended up with an error in their system. Therefor I cancelled my order and went to the store to buy it. It took me months to get my money back from my order.
I spent about 3-4 hours talking to just musics support through phone, e-mail and store return department. On top of that I had to pay almost 10€ in transfer fees for getting my money back from just music.
I will never ever go to this store again. They’re a bunch of cocky unpolite gangster too cool to apologise.
