Not recommendedd.

Booked for a deep cleaning for move out. The cleaners (Waseem is the name and his team) arrived but since our dewa was disconnected they are saying they cannot do the job. My husband will provide connection via long extension so they can plug whatever they need to plug and our building maintenance can turn on the water in the unit but still they did not proceed with the cleaning and they just left! Just Life telling me they need light, what light do you need if the unit has a natural daylight and big sliding window! Waseem was telling to my husband that the client will complain if dewa connection is not provided, we are the client here!! Why would i complain if my husband is giving you a solution but u refused to do your job! Waseem mention that rating for him will be low! Rating will be low if you do not do your job properly and giving us reason not to continue the job!! I will never book JustLife again. No wonder the ratings here are very low!

Been with them for a long time

Been with them for a long time. I had 9 weekly bookings with them. I had a fav cleaner that I had with me since almost a year now. She's leaving on 20th for philipines so what just life did, they changed all her regular client booking even before her leaving date with random cleaners and on complaint they never even called back and nor changed my bookings with her again. Anyways I changed all my bookings with them. Not continuing with such irresponsible and disrespectful company who don't even reply or call back even after I called them a million times for this issue.

Thank you for your reply but even calling a several times live didn't work out so I absolutely doubt your emailing service. And anyways I cancelled all my weekly bookings with manilyn on just life.

This company saved my bank card details…

This company saved my bank card details without my permission and charged my card without my permission for work that I did not approve. After filing multiple complaints, they refused to accept fault and issue a refund. Absolutely appealing customer service and fraudulent behaviour from Justlife. Be aware. I will never use this company again.

booked a handyman to install a lock. He came and said “oh I don’t have the right tool with me, I’ll come back tomorrow to fix it” then never came. Somehow the service was put on completed and when I contact customer support they said sorry we can’t refund or cancel because the handyman arrived, lol. just 138 dirhams but still.

I am absolutely furious about what just happened with my deep cleaning booking for 783 AED (reference 218374).

Your team claims they came to the door, yet somehow did not manage to open it, even though I left BOTH doors wide open on purpose. What a complete joke. And then, instead of admitting your mistake, you dare to blame ME and label it as a "no show"?!!!

But the worst part?

You sent me an email saying that you refuse to refund my money, refuse to reschedule. I even called the call center and they confirmed that my money is lost : 783 AED for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. So I'm supposed to lose my money because your team was unable to push a door and do the job they were paid for?

This is not just incompetence, this is plain theft.

I will now raise an official dispute with my bank and take this matter further. You are not getting away with this. Shame on you for treating customers this way!

I’m very disappointed with this…

I’m very disappointed with this service. I booked a cleaning last week and my appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM today. However, no cleaners showed up at all. They even cancelled my booking on the same day without giving any proper explanation.

What’s more frustrating is that they already took the payment, but didn’t deliver the service. I had to adjust my schedule expecting them to arrive, and it was a complete waste of time.

This experience is very unprofessional and inconvenient. I hope they improve their reliability and customer service because this is not acceptable.

DONT USE THEM

Justlife ruined my sofa after booking a cleaning service with them. DO NOT USE THEM! Justlife does not have their own staff, they simply connect you with who ever is available to service your request, there is NO standard or higher training. My expensive sofa is ruined after they sent someone and they take NO LIABILITY for any damages caused during their service. I have been trying all available portals to lay a complaint with Dubai tourism but no repercussions

The worst company ever feeling shame that this company is in uae as it doesn’t show the uae service at all

We have booked service for pest control the professional came after 2 h delays he did the spray and then he said I forget the gel we called customer service they advised him to go bring it and back , since then he never came back we are calling again the company no answer no solution they keep scheduling the booking without any improvement the professional didn’t show up again no refund no service done nothing at all .

I feel like they are scamming us.

Extremely unprofessional experience.
I booked a cleaning service with Justlife and woke up early, prepared everything, and waited for them from 9:30 AM until 11:30 AM — nobody showed up and nobody even contacted me. After two hours of wasting my time, they suddenly told me they’re not coming because they “have a problem with the van.”

This is unacceptable. If there was an issue, they should have informed me in advance, not let me sit waiting for hours and ruin my schedule. I have work and responsibilities, and this level of service is far below what any customer should experience.

Very disappointing and not recommended at all.

Denial of responsibility

The service on the day was impeccable. But unfortunately the team lost a box of my belongings (books and so on) and when I eventually restacked the shelves and found the books to be missing, they denied any mishap, and made no effort whatsoever to fix my problem. Justlife apparently sometimes uses other service providers, and in this case washed their hands of the problem, denied the problem even existed, and left me with nowhere to go. Not impressed at all, and will not be recommending them. It would have been so easy to fix this problem and turn me into a loyal customer for life, instead, this is where we are.

I booked one cleaner for 3 hours at…

I booked one cleaner for 3 hours at 5:00 PM, including cleaning materials. The cleaner arrived around 5:20 PM without any materials and even asked if I had my own. I told her I already paid for the materials, so she left to get them and only came back around 5:56–5:58 PM. They started very late around 6PM (1 hour already wasted) and finished sometime after 7:00 PM, so I only got a little over an hour of cleaning even though I paid for 3 hours.

Between 5:20 PM and almost 6:00 PM, I was calling customer service because the cleaner was gone and taking too long. The customer service agent told me the cleaner was not coming anymore and advised me to cancel the booking. I agreed, and she canceled it. A few minutes later, the cleaners arrived while I was still on the phone informing her, and the agent suddenly hung up on me which left me in a very confused and chaotic situation.

Because the booking was already canceled, the cleaners then asked for a more expensive cash payment than the price I paid online but I insisted I paid a different amount online but they insist I pay 3 hours' worth of cleaning service even they came in late wasting 1 hour and only clean 1 hour then left, the rest of 1 hour was also wasted and somehow they demanded 3 hours' worth of payment in cash since the booking was cancelled even they were late for 1 hour (didn't work for the first hour but wants to be paid and clean 1 hour only then left, the rest of 1 hour also wasted) which my mother paid just so the drama would be over. It became very chaotic because of the misinformation from the customer service agent.

I don’t mind paying, but the whole experience was extremely unprofessional: late arrival, wrong information, cancellation without proper coordination, and poor communication. I booked one cleaner, and the cleaner asked if she could bring another person — not my request. Overall, it was unpleasant, confusing, and I will not be booking here again because they have a very disgusting work ethic.

It is the 3rd time that i booked home…

It is the 3rd time that i booked home cleaning and the 3rd time the cleaner cancelled and didn’t show up. They didn’t even gave me an explanation about what happened but just apologising and not possible even to talk over the phone.

The service is extremely bad, i am disappointed and i will not suggest to use as a home cleaning service. You deserve 0 Star

Welfare of the helpers

I have no complaints about the service provided by the helpers that Justlife sends. However, I am troubled by what some helpers have said about how they are treated by their company - about pay being deducted for being sick, and not knowing anything about their medical insurance etc. I believe that Justlife do not employ these helpers directly, but go through a cleaning company. I hope that Justlife ensures that the companies they work with, treat their workers fairly and comply with the labour laws

Sick provider

They send a masseuse to my house who was coughing. I declined the massages and instead of refunding me they offered a 30 aed into my wallet. Really unprofessional. Will never use again

⚠️ If you’re planning to book with them, don’t do it ⚠️ it’s a scam. I booked a 12 pm slot, but after waiting, it was moved to a different time. I had already paid. Then I booked again and got a 3 pm slot, paid again, and after waiting until 4:30, I called and was told that the booking couldn’t be completed because the professional couldn’t come. They asked me to cancel and reschedule for the next day. So after wasting the whole day and waiting for hours, my booking was rejected. I still haven’t received any refund, and I don’t even know if I ever will. I’m planning to raise this issue with Dubai Consumer Rights department.

Unreliable service every time

My experience with JustLife has unfortunately been far from positive across multiple services. With their laundry service, they often ignore the company I specifically request, and the alternative provider they send tends to damage clothes, something that has happened more than once.
Their cleaning service has also been consistently disappointing. It’s become a pattern that they cancel the appointment at the very last minute, right when it’s supposed to start, telling you, “Sorry, the professional is not available, we can send someone else.” In reality, the reason is simply that the driver refuses to drop the cleaner, and JustLife does nothing to fix this ongoing issue.
Their in-app live chat doesn’t work at all — nobody ever responds. And when you finally reach the customer service team, they have no idea how to help. The only thing they offer is a 30 AED compensation, which does nothing to address the actual problem or prevent it from happening again.
Overall, you end up constantly chasing them just to receive the basic services you’ve already paid for — an exhausting and unnecessary struggle that no customer should deal with.
