Fabulous quality and very reasonable prices considering the work that's gone into such beautiful footwear. Let down a bit by the returns service which honestly feels like something from another time period. Nothing is automated, and you need a printer to print out a returns form. You then have to make your own return arrangements, which is very expensive. I kept two out of three pairs and having to pay so much for returns peeved me!

Classic boot, bought many a pair,

I have now received two requests for my opinion about the boots I bought from Justinreess. I have gone into more detail with my other request received. If you read it you will see why I would not recommend this company and my reasons why. Other review posted approx 10.40am Sunday 9th August 2026.

Fast delivery. Good comms. And I haven’t taken the shoes off since they arrived. Perfect fit and very stylish.

There should be like 8-1/2 all 9-1/2 in all sizes and I broad footed needs looking at I sent my shoes back and straight away my new shoes are be delivered on Saturday

I have 3 pairs of shoes from you which I love great comfort quality, I ordered some deck shoes when they arrived I found the inner souls split how did they pass qt? Now I have to re post them back to you and claim a refund hassle I don't need

3 stars as the footwear quality was excellent, but the service not so good, I ordered a pair of boots, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, I immediately sent an E Mail to explain this, however that was not replied to for 3 days, so the boots were on the way out, had to send them back, told to click on a link and fill out a form online then PRINT it out its 2026 who has a printer, the had to hand write a note to put in the box, and PAY for tracked delivery to send them back, in this day that's fairly ludicrous. Also that was done 5 working days ago and no info since then, not good.

The Shoes are all so well made. Always packed nicely and delivered quickly. I’ve had to return a pair of sandals because they were too wide. The customer service was prompt and very polite .

Quick delivery, reasonable cost and lovely quality

I have not worn the shoes yet, however out of the box these are without a doubt the best shoes I have owned. Included was a soft shoe bag and shoe horn. Now without adding photos nothing I can say will truly paint the picture other than this. "Its the first pair of shoes i have ordered that my wife has been jealous of" 🤌🏾
