The products are great but the customer service was horrific. I messaged the re an issue with being charged shipping on an order that was $200 and the free shipping is for orders over $125. The individual I was working with kept saying that my order total had to exceeded $125 which I explained 3 times exceeded that as the base. They kept repeating themselves over and over and could not grasp such a simple issue. It was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have encountered. Then need better customer service reps!!! The experience was so bad that I would never recommend them to anyone

I have ordered many times from just ingredients and like their products. We love love love the double chocolate protein powder! The regular chocolate, chocolate mint, and chocolate peppermint are also great. The rest that we've tried are so so. Their shipping is quick, customer service has always been helpful other than one time when I felt the tooth powder we got wasn't a good batch and they wouldn't do anything about it because the product was used. Well ya in order to know it's not as good as usual we have to have used it. It just wasn't as minty and left us with morning breath even after brushing. So we no longer use their tooth powder. I don't love their electrolyte powders, they're too sweet to drink plain but they make good popsicles for kids. My daughter likes their pre workout. But overall I appreciate their dedication to good ingredients that I feel good about buying for my family.

Ordered almost a month ago and still no product delivered. Over priced and most of the flavors do not dissolve properly in liquid.

The new bone broth protein is soooo good! It mixes so perfectly and the mint chocolate flavor has transformed my morning protein tea!

The ingredients are as good as promised!

I have used these products for years! I tell all my friends, family and acquaintances about them, not anymore. When I had a severe reaction to 2 different supplements I tried to get a refund because I was sure they had a 100% guarantee satisfaction. The 2 bottles cost $74 all they would refund me is store credit of 36$ I’m about to return all of my unopened products because that’s ridiculous. I have pictures and dr reports from the reactions. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I thoroughly love all of their products and plan to continue purchasing many products for the foreseeable future. Their products use real clean ingredients that I feel comfortable giving to my entire family. My only complaint is shipping can be slow at times. I have a recurring subscription and it has taken over a week for it to ship out once my subscription renewed and my card was charged.
