Wish we'd read these review before going. Went into a branch of Justincase in Bergamo to get a charger. The rather smarmy guy said he'd do a special offer on a thing to stick on my wife's phone screen to stop in breaking. It was just a bit of plastic film, but for the two items he charged me 56 Euros. Shoulda just walked way. She dropped the phone a couple of weeks later and it didn't stop the screen smashing. What a con.

We bought a powerbank, which our phone was not working with. After 5 Hours we wanted to change back the item. It was Not possible by the Shop, Even they told us it will work. So they betrayed us for Euro 50,00. dont buy there, please Go to another shop.

I originally planned to only buy a case for my phone, but the employee also cleaned my phone without discussing the cost. Then she encouraged me to purchase additional items, which I agreed to. In total, I ended up paying around 33€, and I wasn’t satisfied with the price.

Later, I returned to get a privacy screen protector, and was charged an additional 29.99€, which felt excessive.

In conclusion, I didn't get to discuss the price first and got scammed and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. I do not recommend shopping here.

I absolutely loved the concept of the store when I first came in and bought 2 covers for my 2 iPhones as well as 2 magnets to put at the back of the cover. The store manager promised (I asked twice) that this wouldn't create any problem with the magsafe and be a great solution to stick to my car accessory as the magnet was strong. Wrong information: I can't charge my phone with the magsafe so need to remove the magnet but then can't use it on my magnetic accessories. On top of this, they have a very poor customer service: I sent them 2 emails and 1 whatsapp (suggested on their website) and after 1 week still no response. Very disappointing customer experience!
