Purchased a coat that didn't fit

Purchased a coat that didn't fit , I paid £27.49 in total. Only recieved £21.01 back due to service fees !! Would like to know what fees as I didn't need to pay a fee for it to be processed and sent out but if I had a credit note I would get a full refund. Money grabbers !!

Cannot get a genuine response from them

Broke my own “ Golden Rule “ and did not check on here first before buying from a company I had not used previously , a mistake on my part . Anyway , it looks like I am having the same problem as many others . My order was acknowledged , delivery time or 3-5 working days , this was 7th October , since then no contact . Tried the message page on their website , I asked 4 different questions , I got the same automated generic reply each time . Also tried the “live chat “ option , well , it’s only “live” from my end , as there’s no response ! I’ve also noted that the company does not respond on here to negative reviews , other genuine companies do . So my advice would be to steer well clear of this highly suspect company . I have had to go down the “card dispute “ route to try to reclaim my money .

Nothing like the picture!

Ordered some joggers which, on the picture showed to be super skinny on the model, which is what I wanted. Arrived, very nice material and warm however they are super baggy on my legs, definitely nothing like picture. Followed the size guide and got a 10 and they are huge. Would have been better getting an 8! This is why I don't buy things online often at all...
If someone can recommend some actual skin tight super skinny joggers please do.

Do not order from Justhype should be called Justterrible

Do not order from Justhype - not worth giving a 1 rated star. Ordered a child's coat which was applicable for discount so I purchased. Did not arrive within time frame so sent email & received a reply stating would be shipped shortly as busy. Waited again & then received email advising my item had been dispatched. Checked the order online which showed item ordered, packaged & despatched. Waited over a further week & nothing then i received a message stating item wasnt coming after all stating refund notification. Still no refund!!! How can Hype advise despatched & then it's not !! .

Lack of customer service & professionalism.

Worst site ever. Should be called
Justterrible. Hype you need to sort your approach, the reviews are terrible just wish had of read reviews before purchase well not purchase cause I never got the item in first place!

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! They take your money and don’t send you the goods. I’ve sent numerous emails to their customer service and no response. My children start school on Friday and it looks like they won’t have their school bags in time.

You will never receive your order! Be aware

Would never ever purchase from them again! I ordered a suitcase with a next day delivery. It’s been 5 days the order still hasn’t been dispatched!! I have contacted their costumer service, all they give you is an apology and empty promises saying “were working hard to dispatch your order today” still no dispatched email or my luggage. They’re not worth the stress and frustration you get before flying!

10 months and counting...

Ordered some items from the online site back in March. One of the items was faulty and others were wrong so I sent them back.... still waiting for a refund nearly a year later! I contacted them a few months after returning as it was the first lockdown and I understood that the postal lines were manic. They told me to be patient. Yeah my patience is good but this is taking the biscuit now. Don’t buy from this company!

Surprisingly brilliant

Contrary to others experiences,akthough i haven't used customer services etc ,I placed a order 5 days ago, received it today, well packaged,excellent quality, free stickers and 15% discount code.

Absolutely appalling service bought the…

Absolutely appalling service bought the hoody and joggers set when the hoody was free returned the hoody as no joggers left still awaiting refund this was ordered early November, also ordered girls lucky dip got boys someone said would get new items sebf out never received, another one said return it but still awaiting a refund for first order like seriously its absolutely disgusting keeping items and not refunding, need reporting to ombudsman which I will after 8 weeks time limit they make u wait

Hype lucky dip scam!

Ordered the just hype 10 item lucky dip, had 3 identical items and only had 8 items rather than the 10.
Wrong wellies boot size was sent out double check ordered and they were wrong size mistaked made by themselves not me .
The item were posted within a week and delivered.
Just unhappy I am missing 2 items to a promise of 10 item lucky dip .
And also got to find a way to send back the items that are wrong .
Most of which was identical items would of made sense to only have a max of two identical products not 3 .
Other than that I would of been happy with my purchase if the 2 missing items and right size boots were sent

Hype order JH779941

Hi I Brought from hype a few weeks ago when they were doing the promotion buy the jogging bottoms and get the hoodie for free. Hype said they had despatched the package. I still haven't received the item now and its the 8th of December. Spoke to royal mail who have said that they belive it has been lost in their distribution centre. They advised me to contact hype as they need to rectify the issue with me and put a clame in with royal mail. I have sent hype 6 emails with no reply explaining the situation and asking them to resend the items. Still no response. I have had enough and have asked for a refund and threatening them with trading standards. Was hoping for a response but no luck. So trading standards is the next step.

Just hype is just a waste of time 🙃

Just hype mask or whatever the sale or whatever brand they produce people beware they are just scam. No customer care to talk to, email doesn't go through they will send you an automated message about an item left in your cart but you can't reach them about item you ordered that hasn't been delivered. They literally just leave you in the dark.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! Received free shipping code off of first order, the code did not work. I emailed the company the three times, and sent two dm's, of course they ignored all communications. Will never purchase from them again.
