Customer service below par.

Ordered 3 items at once to save on the (pretty hefty) shipping costs.
Without communication 1 item was credited because it was not on stock, and apparently they will not wait until it is.
So now I have to order it again separately.
Wrote an email about it, no reply.

Another complaint is they never send out tracking info, only a message the order is sent out. When you specifically ask for it after this message is received, they will provide it. Not very customer friendly.

Extra shipping unexpected shipping costs

When you're placing a large order with different release dates, just to cut back on shipping rates, they'll just send what they have got and give you the refund of what is not released yet, saying they can't shelf items for weeks. In a way fair enough, but they should ask if that is ok, because you, the customer, will pay extra shipping, just because jfk will decide for you.

Great service! Carl is so passionate and agreeable! Fantastic service and result, whereas very challenging!
