I didn’t like that the baggage rules wasnt posted. While the price I paid was Canadian when I attempted to purchase checked bags it quoted them in USD on the Porter site with no opportunity to adjust that AND the price was upcharged from Porter’s normal price

If you have a problem...don't expect it to be resolved!
WestJet cancelled a flight in one leg of my departure route. Spent 3.5hrs on hold/talk with two operators trying to resolve matters. After already trying to resolve it with their AI chat that got me nowhere.
In the end, they only agreed to credit me just the first half of my flights. What kind of shady stuff is that? How am I supposed to use just half of a booking? I supposed if you don't have any problems, these guys are just fine. But if you have a problem...be warned...they don't care about you and the ability to contact them is ridiculous. Waited over an hour to talk to one person. Then waited another hour to talk to the next person. Horrible service over something that should have been very simple. And this wasn't a last minute deal. I tried to make adjustments two weeks in advance of the flights and they still wanted to punish me!

This is the second time I booked with Justfly, everything went smooth and perfectly good price. I will book again with them anytime I want to get flight, keep up with good work.
JustFly ruined my trip, unreachable customer service, over $3,000 loss – avoid this company
I want to warn everyone not to make the same mistake I did and book through JustFly.
My airline changed my flight at the last minute due to airport congestion. I was supposed to fly to Tirana and join a private tour there.
However, the new flight would have caused me to miss the tour entirely. Even if I had tried to catch up with the group on my own, I would have had to spend more than 50 hours dealing with airport delays and waiting.
The airline informed me that I was entitled to a free flight change, but they said the change had to be processed by JustFly and that they were unable to do it themselves because their system would not allow it.
Until the original departure time, both the airline staff and I repeatedly tried to contact JustFly. They also attempted to modify the flight on their end, but the system would not allow it.
After that, it became completely impossible to reach JustFly. Their so-called chat support is useless. When you call customer service, it is practically impossible to speak with a real person because they effectively do not have functioning customer service.
In the end, I was forced to buy a last-minute replacement ticket and change all of my hotel reservations. I will also be joining my tour 2 days late.
My total loss is now over $3,000.
Please do not make the same mistake I did. Avoid booking with this terrible company.
