Scam, be aware
Initially I thought the app was good as it gave me a personalised plan. Bur after 28 days the second and the third plans were around 7 minutes long and could not be changed. Contacted provider multiple times with no help.
I would not purchase this app knowing what I know now. I just need to make sure that I'm not automatically charged a second years fee! I'm sure there's better free apps out there.

This is not suitable for elderly women.
No way of getting into the program and changing the workout to make it suitable.
This makes my purchase a complete waste of money. Also no way of cancelling even though it was supposed to have a seven day free trial

I emailed them and they refuse to cancel my subscription After I told them I wanted it cancel and that I didn’t approve the subscription and that I did a free trial and deleted the app within and hour to check my email and they will see this and they replied that they dont do free trials and that they will not delete the subscription… (IF U LOOK UP JUSTFIT ITS ALL SAT FREE TRIAL ETC) dont download their app its a hoax

If I could rate this app a zero I would. I canceled this subscription on my phone and they still took my money. I contacted my bank to stop payment they are investigating it to get me my money back. The app is useless I get better workouts on YouTube exercises and it doesn’t cost me anything. This is a scam to get money out of people and we don’t benefit they do.

JustFit app is not free.
Even though I am 87, I wanted to do the exercises that the app promised was free. It absolutely is not free. I discovered from a friend that after they signed up for the free app would be charged. £59 a year.
Immediately I investigated this app via Apple, I see that, unbeknown to me I was charged 99p just for downloading the app. When I looked into my Apple account, to my horror I noticed other apps over the years that I have downloaded was charged 99p even though I immediately deleted the app. surely there is a way that Apple can advise you in advance of any cost their customer incurs? It may seem ridiculous to call this a scam but how many thousands of other people have been charged 99pence when they are deluded into thinking they have successfully cancelled the order?

For iOS Users:
* Go to iPhone ‘Settings’ > Your Name > ‘Subscriptions’.
* Manage or cancel your subscription.
* If ‘Subscriptions’ is not visible, navigate to ‘iTunes & App Store’ > Apple ID > ‘View Apple ID’ > ‘Subscriptions’.
For Android Users:
* Open the Play Store app > Menu > ‘Subscriptions’.
* Tap the subscription you want to cancel
* Tap Cancel subscription

I mistakenly purchased this app
I mistakenly purchased this app! There was no trial period. I contacted Apple to have them refund my money. Apple told me that I was not eligible for the refund! They charged my credit card real quick. Do not purchase this App. It is a total rip off. I tried to cancel it to right away, but to no avail.

JustFit and PayPal - Just say “No”
I signed up for Just Fit April 2, 2024. I did not follow my process of checking reviews before making a purchase. (This is my fault and a critical failure.)
I purchased the product and while signing in, I was stopped on the page that requests “tracking”. The option to “deny tracking” can be seen but is not accessible.
I don’t want to be tracked by any app and always deny tracking accessibility.
I exited the app and tried to get a refund. I was denied by PayPal. I explained I never gained access to the product and why I couldn’t complete the registration.
PayPal frequently sides with the merchant. I’m sure their reasons are due to their contracts but the contracts result in unfair outcomes for consumers.
I can’t say whether JustFit is a good program but it is not a reputable business. A reputable business would refund a customer that never accessed their product.
Likewise, PayPal has questionable contractual agreements that are unevenly weighted toward merchants. This isn’t the first questionable outcome I’ve had with PayPal.
Be careful when purchasing JustFit. Be careful with PayPal.
I am looking for an alternate service to PayPal. If you know of a better service than PayPal, please post reviews on “PayPal reviews”.
