Do NOT ever download this app as they trick you into thinking you are receiving a free trial but rather they will automatically take your payment of £37.49 & charge you a yearly subscription! I looked up their name & info on Companies house & the company was dissolved several years ago! So who are these Scammers! They are uncontactable, you will not receive a refund not even via PayPal, even though British law states you have a right of refund in 30 days! Scammers! Avoid!

I downloaded the "free" app. A week later I have almost a $100 CAD charge on my iphone. SCAM!!!!

The daily challenges in JustFit keep me motivated and disciplined. It's like having a personal trainer in my pocket, pushing me to stay on track.

Went online to sign up for this app...Deceptive as ITS NOT FREE! It is for the first 7 days then they charge. They let you go through the whole questionnaire and then let you know at the end that it's a 7 day free trial then you have to pay! Luckily as soon as I saw that I didn't sign up! Their advertising on Instagram is misleading they need to be clear.

At 65, I might not tackle intense workouts, but staying active is important to me, and chair workouts have been a blessing.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription on the website for the past month. When trying to select my profile to cancel the subscription the website logs me out. i have tried cancelling both on my phone and on laptop same experience and now my bank account has been debited again.
Please can i get assistance on cancelling my subscription as this was done directly on the app and not via Google store.

I love this app but can’t give it five stars because they recently changed the background music to free downloads from the services Premium Beat and Audio Jungle. Apparently as part of their agreement with these services, the music is watermarked every few seconds with annoying mumbling from a man saying Premium Beat dot come” and a woman alternately whispering or mumbling “Audio Jungle.” I could live with the Premium beat watermark but the Audio Jungle woman is just excruciatingly ANNOYING. Please hire some starving composer to create some custom music for you and ditch the horrible watermarked music!!!

I tried just fit for a few days and had to stop, I had excruciating lower back pain and have had to visit chiropractor for help.
Please be aware of the hazards and the consequences of using an app without supervision in your own home worth going to gym to get advise of experts.

The team is very responsive to feedback. I've just started using the app, so I can't speak to its long-term effectiveness yet, but so far, so good.

The convenience is unbeatable. I can do my workouts anywhere, even with limited time.

Liars! No 7 day free trial! I cancelled on day 2 and now it says subscription up on August 9, 2025! I want someone to contact me about this and get this fraudulent app the hell off my phone. You deserve no stars fraudsters

I love that I can do wall pilates with this app! It's a great way to get in shape without spending money on a gym or equipment.

On August 17th, I signed up for a free, one week trial before eventually continuing on with a 1 years subscription to Justfit. Upon trying it out, Justfit could not offer the fully seated exercise programs for people with knee and hip problems, which they advertised. I tried to bring this to the attention to their customer service but only got a standardized reply that did not help. On August 21st, only 5 days later, I decided to cancel the subscription before the free trial was over, but was then charged for a full year's subscription until the 17th of August 2025 without a refund!

It is my opinion that this company uses false advertising to attract new customers without holding up their agreements and, in the long run, is committing fraud! There is nowhere on the app to contact them in order to find a solution. I have emailed them but was ignored!

I would have given 0 stars if it was possible because now I was forced to purchase a subscription which I cannot use!

Shame on you! Stealing disabled pensioners money!

App is crashing consistently after one week.

You steal our money. I clicked the 7 day free trial. And it charged me $60 for a whole year. I want my money back. I can not find a way to contact you. I’m sick of getting my money stolen from apps

Downloaded the App from Apple App Store, paid £15.50 and all I got was the first 3 FREE work outs. Once I got to the 4th day it was asking me to pay for a years prescription. I logged out and back in and now it’s saying my account doesn’t exist! Totally robbed me. They’re not answering my emails 😡 AVOID AVOID ‼️

My app has never opened. And can’t reach anyone. Very unhappy with this app.

I strongly advise against downloading the “JustFit app.” This app is designed to steal information from your phone, as confirmed by my experience and several other reviewers.

Everything the previous reviewers have stated is true. The app tricked me into believing I was signing up for a 7-day free trial, but it immediately withdrew money from my bank account. It wouldn’t allow me to use the program unless I permitted it to access all my phone’s information, which I refused to do. As a result, despite the money paid, I couldn’t use the app at all.

One reviewer even reported that her bank account was hacked twice after giving the app these permissions. The app is a scam and a serious threat to your personal information and financial security.

Do not download the “JustFit app.” Protect your information and your money.

On 24th July 24Subscribed to JUSTFIT for three months and made payment by Apple wallet. On opening the App in the part "Allow "JUSTFIT" to track activity across other companies apps and websites?"
option to disable "Ask App Not to track" is non-functional and the App does not allow to proceed further unless you click on "ALLOW". This is Not Acceptable.
I would like to get my refund as I find it rather inadequate to satisfy my expectations and needs.
Kindly acknowledge and assist in quick refund.
